"The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. "

"Cute hotel. Great location. Small but very workable rooms (shower a little awkward)."

"Beautiful views, plenty parking, breakfast was satisfactory. We would stay again."

"Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. "This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. "Friendly English speaking staff, quick check in."

"Amazing stay!"

"This place is perfect, I would recommend it very highly. It is very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the host was very helpful! "

"This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."
