"We liked the way we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Alba and Tiago at the front desk. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom needs improvement in terms of additional places to put toiletries, etc. Also, the TV was not working. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay there."

"Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done! "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to centre of town with bars, restaurants and shopping. Ten minutes walk to the sanctuaries. Room had TV but no coffee making facilities. Shower was lovely but leaked into the bathroom as shower tray very shallow an shower curtain rather than shower screen"

"The hotel is ok for the price. We reserved the double rooms which are pretty comfortable, good bed and clean bathroom. However the carpet in both rooms are pretty dated , the TV didn’t have good reception and didn’t have hot water kettle to make tea or coffee. The manager can speak English but chooses to speak French to my sister instead even he know I’m the one who made the reservation and paid for the rooms. "
