サンクチュアリィ入り口まで徒歩1分の立地。もともと豪華さや快適性を重視する土地柄ではないので、必要なものが清潔にあるだけで十分だった。水圧は驚くほど高くて、バスタブもあるので快適だった。セキュリティボックスがフランス語評価しかなく、使い方がイマイチわからなかった。 オフシーズンで街の半数以上のホテルが営業していないなか、一階のレストランが早朝から深夜まで営業していたので心配はいらなかった。 駅までは徒歩でも行けるが、タクシーだと3分だった。

Warm welcoming atmosphere
All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to visit the Miraculous Medal Chapel and the Marche.

Very good location close to the Basiliqua. Clean and well organized bedroom. Good staff. The breakfast area is shared between two hotels, so you have to be specific when you ask to be seated for breakfast or dinner.

Very close to the grotto and the chapels. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel itself is much bigger than you’d imagine from the pics. The lobby area/restaurants almost reminds me of Las Vegas or Disney Resorts. Lively or chaotic, depends on who you ask. Amenities are minimum but for the price, reasonable.

Hotel ottimo, pulito, centralissimo. Camera molto piccola con vista in un vicolo interno. Colazione poco varia per il dolce. Eccellente invece il ristorante a buffet, compresa la disponibilità e cortesia del personale

Excellent staff… my daughter and I came here for first time, room enough for us, good breaxfast, good staff, Charles amazing and very helful to all our inquiries… hotel just a few steps of Grotto, incredible place very walkable ready to be back again.. were going to stay 3 night extended one more!

Excellent location, walking distance (3 minutes) to the sanctuary of Lady of Lourdes. Restaurants and souvenirs shops are next to the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff, speak English and Spanish. Safe area.

The breakfast needs to be improved. Choices are limited. The male person in the dining area needs to be trained in customer relationship or he needs to be transfered inside without contact with the customer. Rooms needs to be updated.

Short stay
Buffet breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were expensive and not good. Service at the bar and brasserie were bad. Given a basic room compared to what our companions were assigned and had trouble sleeping due to outside noise despite closed windows. Only redeeming quality was close location to the grotto.

relaxing getaway
Nice hotel in the middle of all that Lourdes has to offer. Restaurant in lobby was a plus with lots to eat and choose from for everyone.

This hotel was excellent for our family of 4. The rooms are small but that should be expected for the old buildings they are in, but our family still fit just fine. We spent most of our time sightseeing and not in the room.

I liked the location of the hotel because it is literally 5mins away from Lourdes Basilica…the hotel room is slightly narrow but very neat and clean, the shower room/bath tub is separate from the toilet, I like the fact that there is a bidet. The staffs are also very helpful and got us a cab to transport to airport

Nice hotel lovely buffet food in evening. We were put in bedrooms in hotel next door as problem with water. Hotel entrance just opposite entrance to grotto so ideal location.
