予約したにもかかわらず、提携ホテルに案内されて宿泊できなかった

コロナ禍の中、１泊宿泊。ホテルに行ったところ、そもそもホテルが営業しておらず、本当に焦った。営業していない旨の連絡もホテルからは事前になかった。近くにある提携ホテルについての情報が窓ガラスに貼ってあったので、ひとまずそこに行ってみることに。ラ・ソリュチュードを予約し、料金も全額支払っている旨を告げたところ、宿泊できたのでほっとした。屋内プールがあるので、このホテルを選んだが、提携ホテルにはなく、もともと営業していないのであれば、予約できないようにするか、事前に提携ホテルに案内になることを連絡してほしかった。ルルドの街自体人もまばらだったので、本当に焦った。

レストランのオープンテラスが素敵

聖域まで徒歩１０分程度と便利な立地でシャワー後にロウソク行列に参加できる。周辺はショップ、レストランも多い。ポー川に張り出したレストランのオープンテラスは城砦とピレネーの山並みが前後に見られ雰囲気満点。料理も美味しかった。

ルルドで宿泊するなら絶対にこのホテルをすすめます。

川岸に立つこのホテルの部屋からの眺めは最高。聖地の洞窟までも歩いて近くです。ホテルのスタッフの応対も親切です。レストランのメニューもいろいろあったので助かりました。家内と二人で訪れましたがまた泊まってみたい。料金も適切です。

お部屋は広かった

団体客の多いホテルでした。ロケーションは最高でしたが、アメニティは小さな石鹸とパウチのシャープのみ、テッシュやメモさえ置いてありませんでした。室内プールに入る時間が無かったのが残念でした。

最高のロケーションです！

聖域まで、３００m程、窓からは、朝の御ミサの声が聞こえ、夜のロウソク行列の様子も見られ、最高のロケーションでした。ホテルは団体客が多いようでしたが静かでした。お部屋は地味ですが、清潔でバスタブもありました。ホテルのカフェテリアのパエリアが大変美味しかったです。アメニティが、小さな石鹸とビニールパウチのシャンプーのみで貧弱でした。

The best location short walk to all major points of interest. Staff are very happy and attentive. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Très décevant

Hôtel très vieillissant, piscine intérieur très petite et non chauffée. Prix du restaurant relativement plus chère que les restaurants autour. Petit déjeuner très banale. Concernant la chambre, plusieurs traces de moisissures dans la douches, pas de prise au lit pour recharger les téléphones. Hôtel relativement bruyant. Ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix!

I’ve stayed at the property many times before, but this time, whereas there has been enormous improvements with the foyer and reception area. The menu was small, hugely expensive service was slow. The bedroom was more like a hostel bedroom. It was so small that the armchair was by my bed so I couldn’t get out. I asked them to remove the armchair which was not done. There was no shampoo, it really was like being in a hostel, I would never go back

I have been to Lourdes many times. From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff were amazing and helpful. Every inch of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool was great to relax in. I will be definitely book this hotel every time I go. Thank you for a wonderful 5 days.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Lourdes. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly return. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so clean. I’m particularly fussy and this hotel was perfect.

The hotel is okay. We stayed in a room right next to the river so the view was great. However the room was dated and although it was supposed to be a double room it had an extra single bed which made it crowded in the room. The parking lot is very difficult to get to and had an unsafe entrance especially for motorcycles. It has a steep ramp with sharp turns and it is painted grey. The top of the ramp gets wet making the whole situation extremely un safe. After much arguments about why I could not safely park a large motorcycle there, they did eventually offer me a spot in an outside parking lot of another hotel they had down the street.

The breakfast was astoundingly good. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly, polite and super accommodating. For us it was a one night crash pad before flying out but the stay here was top notch

Attention à l'accès

Chambre très grande et hôtel bien placé ... Mais accès quasi caché dans la zone piétonne, très difficile d'accès (le gps n'est malheureusement d'aucun secours). A part ça très bien.

Non abbiamo alloggiato al Solitude ma al Gallia in quanto senza preavviso abbiamo trovato l'Hotel chiuso con il cartello di rivolgerci ad un altro della stessa catena. Non è stato questo un problema anche se non è comunque corretto avrei gradito saperlo prima di prenotare. Grande disappunto per la colazione in 2 abbiamo speso € 120,00 in piu' per la colazione compresa per 3 giorni ma caos totale con fila fin sulle scale ospiti indispettiti e molti ignorantemente saltavano la fila senza alcun controllo. Continua mancanza di alimenti sul buffet e personale sottodimensionato (necessitava di piu' camerieri). Mi spiace recensire quanto sopra siamo stati varie volte al Solitude ed il servizio è sempre stato impeccabile.
