My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all. Amazing meal prepared in-house by a couple that seems fully invested in their guests' stay! 10/10 Would definitely stay again!

Je recommande pour les petits budgets

Hôtel modeste , un peu défraîchi, mais pour le prix 38€ c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être en centre ville avec parking. Parking à 8€ un peu cher toutefois. Les gérants sont Kossovars , d'une agréable gentillesse. Je recommande pour les petits budgets

Accueil très sympathique, la personne à la réception est très gentille. La chambre est petite (chambre eco), et l’hôtel est vieillot, à l’image de la ville... Les équipements sont désuets et la propreté est assez relative. Mais toutefois, pour le prix, c’est suffisant pour passer une nuit. Malgré quelques bruits (on entend un peu les canalisations), c’est très calme. La literie est basique, les draps sont propres, le dessus de lit mériterait un rafraîchissement. Un sèche cheveux disponible dans la salle de bains, petite tv, radiateur d’appoint, un petit placard. Parking à proximité (juste en face), gratuit la nuit. A proximité, un restaurant asiatique délicieux, chez Ly, ou nous sommes allés par hasard.

Non lo potete chiamare hotel. È una vera stalla dove l' ultima pulizia e disinfettazione è stata fatta quando Napoleone faceva i 18 anni. Nemmeno il cambio delle saponette. Mai visto una cosa del genere. Ma la mia domanda e rabbia è verso hotel.com. ma prima di metterlo sul sito qualcuno di voi va a fare una visione di queste stalle piene di sporcizia?

Chambre calme

Hotel calme aec une chambre un peu petite pour un grand lit. Il est regrétable de ne fournir les accessoires pour la douche pour 2 jours alors que j'y ai séjourné 3 nuits. Par contre,parking privé et sécurisé.

Très proche de la grotte c'est tou.

Cheap but not that good

Hotel de Nevers is an older hotel that is within easy walking distance of the Grotto and basilica. It has some car parking within its rear yard which is accessed via the hotel's garage door (which is shut at night). Our room was an economy room, small and basic, but better rooms are available. The wc was old and very noisy, being a vacuum & disintegrator type. Generally the hotel was not that good, being in need of refurbishment.
