A comfortable seating area, fireplace and 55-inch Smart TV with popular streaming apps create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year. The indoor dining table comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

Guest access The townhouse and all associated facilities are for the exclusive use of guests. The swimming pool is shared with other guests and residents of the condominium.
Other things to note BED CONFIGURATION
The en-suite bedroom on the upper floor features a king-size double bed. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with single beds. In the larger of the two bedrooms, the single beds can also be configured as a king-size double bed with a continuous mattress.
If you prefer the double bed configuration, please let us know well in advance of your arrival so that we can prepare everything accordingly.
GREEN FEE BOOKINGS
We are happy to assist with booking green fees at Pinhal Golf and other nearby golf courses. For this purpose, we cooperate with the specialist provider “Golf & More”, to whom we are happy to forward your green fee requests.
FREE MID-STAY CLEANING
For stays of 2 weeks or longer (minimum 12 nights), complimentary mid-stay cleaning including fresh towels and bed linen is included.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
GROCERY SHOPPING
We are happy to organise supermarket shopping before your arrival or during your stay and stock the house with groceries according to your needs.
This service is charged at €18 (1 hour) plus the cost of purchased items.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Please note that Portuguese law requires registration of foreign guests (without Portuguese residency), including submission of passport or ID details.
Access to the property is not possible without proper registration.
You will receive a link to the online registration form after booking confirmation.
