Casa da Rosa is an exclusive, luxurious, fully equipped 6-bedroom home on a hilltop in Vale da Rosa just 2 km from the city of Loule, and 15 15-minute drive from the airport and the wonderful beaches around Almancil. Casa da Rosa enjoys complete privacy in 12,000 m2 of land. With its 6000 m2 of beautiful gardens, heated pool, impressive pool bar, and extensive terraces with incredible valley and sea views, you will feel completely relaxed and at peace during your stay.

Casa da Rosa has recently been completely renovated and furnished - from kitchen to living room, bedrooms and bathrooms, and all outside spaces. Casa da Rosa comfortably sleeps 12 adults in 6 King Size bedrooms - we can also provide two extra single beds and three cots if needed. All the bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have remote-controlled air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.

In the beautifully maintained and irrigated gardens, you will find lawns, palm trees, olive trees, oleander and many other Portuguese plants, shrubs and trees. In the evening, the garden is enchantingly lit with solar-powered lighting.

- Late Check-In Fee
All guests must pay a fee of twenty-five euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in

- Lost Key & Lockout Policy
A fifty euro fee if the key is not returned
An eighty euro fee if the key is lost during your stay
Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required
