**TOURIST TAX** We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024. This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows: - Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night - High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

The villa was extremely spacious, think we were the first to use it this year so smelt a bit damp as most do at the start of the holiday season. Had a great stay. Paulo was very prompt in replying to any queries

Lovely but tired
The villa was a great size in a nice area but it hasn’t had anything done to it since the 90s. It doesn’t cost a lot to update a few bits. The showers flood as drainage not great another easy thing to fix.
But we did enjoy our stay and would go back.

Villa Pitinho
Trata-se de uma casa a precisar de obras remodelação bem como de móveis mais práticos e confortaveis.
Quanto ao Gestor da propriedade, Sr. Paulo Proença, atendeu com prontidão a todas as solicitações , mostrando-se sempre disponível .

It was just ok
Pros:
The house is nice, well supplied with kitchen appliances, the pool is amazing.
Cons:
- One room upstairs has a horrible mattress and the shower can't be used because the drain is too slow to drain water, so it starts overflowing the shower box.
- The cleaning ladies only clean the basics like bathrooms and the floor. The rest of the house is covered in dust.
- The location is nice but is not within walking distance from Supermarkets or bakeries, there is only one restaurant and coffee place nearby. If you go, bear in mind you will need a car or you will use Uber a lot.
- We were robbed at the house, a man broke into the house and stole the money he found in the wallets. We are sure it was someone who knew the house because through the cameras we could see that he went straight to the door that did not close properly. So I would say that security is not the strong point of the region. Because it is a tourist area and in low season, most houses are empty.
