The hotel was ok. The room had several oddities- the coffee maker wouldn’t work and the room Ac was exceptionally loud. Of far more important concern, the $16 breakfast buffett has the worst eggs I have ever tasted in fifty years of living. Tasted old, really old. I couldn’t proceed past the first bite and made the staff aware, though the eggs weren’t replaced in the buffet.

Everything good but requested no feather pillows but found 2 in room and had to exchange them. Shower head was not working properly but did get it to work after I worked on it./

Comfortable stay
Great location, clean hotel, nice bed, very good value. Was a bit noisy in the hallway late at night from other guests--I did not notify anyone so I can't say I gave them a chance to address it.

Fire alarm went off twice 3am and 5am, evacuated building both times. Not sure if they compensated anyone. I woke exhausted and late so had to hurry out. Convenient tho.

The stay was great and the service was great, the only thing that I didn’t like or know anything about was, that you have to pay to park but the don’t tell you that when you check in. They wait to tell you as you check out.

I was disappointed that you did not offer free Wi-Fi without needing to sign up for your honors program. I do not travel often and would likely not benefit from the honors program - at least not enough to make up for the many emails I would likely get by joining the honors program.

Dissatisfied customer
I paid for breakfast at the time of my reservation. This morning no chef was on the premises to cook. The hotel staff could not reimburse me because I booked through hotel.com. The room was not cleaned upon arrival. The bath room supplies were used and the hotel staff had to bring fresh ones up. Due to the time of check in I was just ready to rest.

Consistently Clean and Friendly Accommodations
This was my 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming and the entire property is impeccably kept. I will stay here again on future visits to Louisville.

This is our go-to place when we stay in Louisville. We love the hotel but this time our room had a horrible smell. We roughed it out cause we didn’t want to complain.

The onlybissue on this stay was that the air conditioner was very load. It had a rattle that kept me up. This is the only time i have experienced this while staying here. And thei is the 6th time in the last gew years of staying here.
