Quaint Historic Downtown: Walk to Dinner & Shops, Poker Table, Rooftop, Garage
- The century-old former storefront, department store and jewelry store is now home to a 3,000-square-foot modern loft on the upper floors with plenty of natural light, open space in the heart of historic downtown New Albany, Indiana. New Albany has seen a recent revitalization and is less than 10 minutes from downtown Louisville but with a unique charm all its own.
The Loft is located on the second and third floors of a historic building that was formerly as jewelry store and even a department store in the 1940s and 50s. It has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. An additional twin beds in upper open loft. Additional VRBO loft space available next door (596733) sleeping up to 14. Please inquire.
Restaurants, a winery, breweries, boutiques, the Ohio River Greenway and the YMCA are all located on the surrounding blocks. Two cruiser bikes with baskets are available for use to explore downtown and the riverfront.
