Enchanting, energizing, and enjoyable!

Welcome to Kentucky! Our enchanting house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an open layout. The home is clean and very well-maintained offering lots of natural light and neutral paint throughout. Additional spotlights: a dream theater room, bar, game room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools and walk out patio. A full gym with weight machine, treadmill, and elliptical and even an old school scale. 3 car garage and double wide driveway, large level yard for games and fire pit for marshmallow roasting, a large covered deck for relaxation in all Kentucky weather!

The main floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, breakfast nook, or living room. The primary bedroom is off the kitchen with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and full jacuzzi bathroom. The first floor also has one full guest bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms both with queen beds. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV's. For safety, the fireplace in the living room is shut off and not operational.

The lower floor has a full bathroom and the entertainment of the house. Down the stairs: the bathroom is to the left, the full exercise room is straight ahead containing the weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and even an old school scale. To the right is the cozy game room with a dream theater room, full bar, and room replete with game table, pool table, bar stools, large screen tv, small gaming TV, and walk out patio.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area. We do not allow parties / events as the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No pets allowed!

*The Doublewide Driveway is shared with the detached garage occasionally used by owner.

Relaxing Adult Property

We loved staying at this home with the perfect bedrooms, giant backyard, and very homey feel was just the ticket for a place to relax after a long day of bourbon tours and Derby races. Perfect Stay!

Great weekend with friends

We came into town for the Bourbon & Beyond music festival and had a wonderful time. Every couple had their own space and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property was clean. We had a wonderful weekend!

Relaxation

This home was perfectly located far enough out of Louisville to relax but close enough to get to where you want in just a few minutes. Home was perfect for friends to come together and enjoy a few days of trail hopping and nights of fun and food.

Perfect, cozy home!

This home was everything we needed and more for our trip to Louisville. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. It was an easy, 25 minute drive from the expo convention center & there was plenty of room & activity’s for my other children to do when we weren’t at the convention center. We were able to accommodate her team & their parents for a team dinner & there was space for everyone to comfortably socialize! There is also a HUGE backyard for the kids to run around & stay safe. The house was comfortable & there was room for all of us. 11/10 would reccomend.

Great Stay for Bourbon Trail

Great house! Three couples stayed for 3 nights as home base for our annual bourbon trip. Made a fire in the fire pit one night, had plenty of wood (brought our own fire starter material). Grilled steaks one night (brought our own portable grill). Watched football games Saturday night on the two big screens in the basement. House was well-stocked and very clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

PGA Championship Trip

Went to the PGA Championship with 3 other guys all 45+. The house was fantastic. Very clean and excellent for unwinding at the end of a long day watching/playing golf. The communication with the host was great and the house was exactly as it was described online. Instructions for the home were well written and very helpful. Check in and out process was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

Nice house

Nice house on a beautiful lot. Lots of things to do inside and outside of house. Had a great fire pit with lots of wood accessible for an evening fire. Game room downstairs had lots of games and amazing theater room set up. Residential neighborhood with highway and train noise but it didn’t stop us from having a great stay

Fantastic Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space, 3 comfortable bedrooms, with closet space! 3 Full big bathrooms, and lots of places to relax. The open floor plan allowed us to all sit together for meals and the outdoor space was great with wood provided for a bon fire. Nothing can compare to that basement, which is an entertainment haven! We had a great time watching the game as well as movies in the theater room. Having access to the 3 car garage was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this house, it's in a great location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants. What stands out most to me is the amenities offered, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, nice appliances, other supplies as well. Thank you for a great stay we'd love to come back.

Above and Beyond!

We enjoyed this property, this beautiful clean home was exceptional. A cozy comfy living room, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the backyard is also meticulously maintained. We loved having our morning coffee sitting out on the back porch. The recreation room downstairs, has everything! Pool Table, Card Table, huge Exercise Room, Bar and Media Room! The location was perfect, just a short drive to Churchill Downs, St. Matthews Mall & Restaurants.To top it off, you couldn't ask for more in a host. She was excellent in communication and her hospitality made us feel so welcome, with attention to every detail. Thank you so very much Shareka!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great stay

This is our second time staying here. The house is in a great location if you’re wanting to do the bourbon trail tour or see Louisville! Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
