This Cozy, beautiful 1 bed room apartment is located in the heart of Louisville. Conveniently in the middle of all tourist attractions, 1 mile from the KFC YUM Center and Louisville Slugger Field, 4 miles from Derby's own Church hill downs and 10 mins from Muhammad Ali Airport.

As well we have many accommodations for our guest such as 24 hour accessible Fitness Center, Free Wifi, and Business center to accommodate our work-cation guest.

Hope you don't like air conditioning

The air conditioning at this place essentially doesn't work; living room was not able to get below 79 and the bedroom was hotter. It barely warmer outside. The listing description is also innacurrate. There is no sleeper sofa. It's a small love seat that doesnt convert at all....I mean, you can sleep on it - but you don't want to. The shelves also fell off the wall with a very small item placed these - they were held on my 3M tape. Upside: it was clean and the elevator sounds like a nine inch nails riff when you ride it.

Does NOT sleep 4 adults -- inaccurate & misleading listing

First, the owners wanted a copy of the front/back of my credit card along with my zip code after I had already paid through the secure portal. The sent no rental agreement requiring this. The apartment is listed as sleeping 4 people with a queen bed, a blow up twin, and a sleep sofa/futon. They do not have a sleep sofa/futon. They have a loveseat that does not convert into any sleeping furniture. I had to ask for linens for the items other than the bed. They only provided linens for the blow up. The loveseat is not a bed and is too small for any adult to sleep on. They refused to refund our money even after they lied on the website listing. We left after the first night. Even our smallest adult didn't fit on the "loveseat" they claim is a sleep sofa/futon. The apartment was fairly clean. There was a wet towel left in the bathroom and half a bottle of gatorade left on the table. The building is old and this apartment is right next to the electrical room for the building. It is very noisy. They had removed the control for the AC so you could not change the temperature. It was very cold and with not enough blankets one of us used towels as a blanket. I would not recommend this host or the location.
