You`ve found it! This home is spacious and ready for your next trip. Huge kitchen, 2 family rooms on main floor, large bedrooms, large basement with game room and HUGE 87` TV. This house has been updated to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Located in the Highlands, in the middle of everything Louisville has to offer.

There are Ring Doorbells at the front and back doors. There is also a Ring Floodlight Camera mounted on the outside on the carport. All of these devices will record movement and sound.

Beautiful house and property

The host was very kind upon check in and the house was well outfitted and fit the needs of my guests perfectly. The backyard was a good place to hangout and also had space to setup our Blackstone for cooking. The kitchen was well equipped and had our needs covered for cooking, the beds were very comfortable as well, and the basement entertainment area was a hit with my guests. If I end up in the area again I will strongly consider staying at this location again

Derby Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was perfect except a few things.Unfortunately the sewer lines had to be replaced the week of our stay. Really not the fault of the owner. It rained this Derby week - and the piled up dirt turned into quite a mess. Just sort of an is what it is type of situation.Also, it would be nice to have a couple more full bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms. The master tub does include a handheld, but an easy fix would be to turn the master tub into a shower. That would start alleviating some of those concerns.Other than that served our group well.Thank you.

Good place for a sad time

OVERVIEW: Brought family to see very ill relative..This house was wonderful. One true unexpected hightlight was Mellissa, owner/host. Had a minor issue and called her. Within the hour, she was there. Her visit wasn't necessary but shows her caring for her property and guests. Grandkids were excited about the pinball machine which wasn't working. Melissa arrived, unable to fix it, apologived previous guest(s) hadn't told her, but said her repair man can fix it. Melissa is a lovely person who will take care of you.This is a lovely house & met all our needs fully. For more information, read on.KITCHEN: I have an Executive Chef and a Pastry Chef in my family. Both loved the kitchen. It rated first class from two very picky people when it comes to cooking.BEDROOMS: You can tell exactly what to expect from the photographs online. The bedrooms with King and Queen beds were beautiful. Beds slept well.Baths: Fully stocked with all you need. While there are 3 full bathrooms, the master bathroom has a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub. No walk in shower but does have a handheld shower head. It worked fine for us.WIFE'S COMMENTS: The house is lovely. I have been in all 50 states. Never seen bath towels so big. They were wonderful. Basement was used by everyone but me. Lots of pool played. Would recommend. Kudos to Melissa for such a clean comfortable home.BOTTOM LINE: Recommended. Great place. Not adding our pictures because VRBO pictures will tell you what to expect.
