we have the house is 15 min walk from centre of town, very spacious kitchen and living room,2 shower rooms all recently renovated, car parking gated and secure for cars ,vans mobile homes.FIBRE BROADBAND,full central heating,2 WIFI TV's 150 channels on each .1 min from by pass 5 mins from M6.close to shops, Loughrea hotel and spa 5 min drive ,15 min easy walk. THE HEATING AND HOT WATER IS OIL BOILER.THIS IS PAY AS YOU GO.WE TOP UP BEFORE ARRIVAL. BUT IF EXCESSIVE PAMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
