ロスト川 ツアーとアクティビティ

I stayed at Tru by Hilton for five nights during a solo trip. Overall, the hotel was nice, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was just okay. My room appeared very clean overall, with one exception: the bed frame had visible hair, dust, and debris on it. Because the frame extends beyond the mattress, it was noticeable and seems like an area that should be wiped down between guests. The biggest issue was the TV. I was unable to reliably use it during my entire stay. It would sometimes work for about 30 minutes and then stop again. Staff came into my room repeatedly, sometimes for up to 30 minutes, trying to fix it, and also attempted repairs while I was away at a conference. Communication between shifts was inconsistent, and several times the next staff member had no record of what had been done. I was offered another room, but I had already unpacked and the TV usually stopped working late at night, making a room change impractical. At checkout, I was told a manager would contact me the next day. I never received a call, but a $248 credit was applied to my approximately $950 stay. I appreciated the credit and overall liked the hotel, but the unresolved TV issue, repeated disruptions, and lack of follow-up were disappointing.

We are easy to please 💚💚💚 Everything was awesome 👏
