"Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."

"The staff was amazing at this property - always attentive and able to answer questions and provide what we needed. The rooms and property were very clean and peaceful. Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos. We enjoyed a ceviche class one night and they set up a bonfire for us on the beach another night - both excellent and well thought-out. The staff in the dining room and bar are so friendly and helpful and always available! The breakfast was excellent, we loved the juices and bread...

"Me encanto la atención del personal.El Clean Room asi como el STAFF muy atentos. El acceso a la PLAYA al mismo nivel de la zona del Hotel. Los huéspedes, muy tranquilos y cordiales . Las reposeras con las colchonetas, deberian tener más mantenimiento, en el turno tarde ya estaban algo descuidadas. Ofrecen Toallas eso es genial. MUY buena relación precio para todo lo que OFRECEN. "This is a fantastic beach house on a very, very quiet section of beach in northern Peru. Let's be clear on what it is not - it is not in the center of a lot of action, it is not super close to a lot of activities, it is not near a bunch of restaurants, it is not near ANY night life. If you are looking for quiet, peace, rest, a comfortable stay...and the best sunset you have ever seen - this is a GREAT place. Honest assessment - the house is wonderful, but it is weathered (it's literally on the beach after all). Everything was nice, but it was also slightly worn. We felt very comfortable in the house and loved the environment, but if you're looking for true luxury resort atmosphere, you might be disappointed. The check-in and help from the on site manager was great. The cook the was provided for breakfast and lunch was EXCEPTIONAL. She picked up fresh groceries, made us wonderful breakfasts and lunches and cleaned up the kitchen after. All we had to pay additional was the cost of the groceries. Lastly - it is not hyperbole to say that we say 2 of the most fantastic sunsets we have ever seen at this property. Looked like the sun was literally going into the Pacific Ocean. I'll wrap it up by saying - this is probably the BEST VALUE we have ever gotten for a vacation rental - not the cheapest, not the nicest...but definitely the best value."

"We stayed for 5 nights while we visited our son. We had a lovely suite with an open air kitchen and seating area and unheated plunge pool that faced directly towards the ocean. The open air seating area was a wonderful place to relax. The vibe is truly Peruvian beach vibes. The bedroom is enclosed but has its own balcony for relaxing. The shower water pressure was amazing. The restaurant was incredible Peruvian food. The breakfast was also delicious! The front desk staff and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There are many people that work there that understand English a little bit. As is customary, none of the pools are heated. Be aware of that. The beach access in high season was easy and not crowded. The hotel is a smaller boutique hotel and that is a major plus because it never felt crowded. I highly recommend this hotel. "
