    Charming rural cottage with private pool, views, and internet connection in the delightful area of Guájar-Faragüit, just 15 minutes from the beach, 35 minutes from Granada city, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

    A supplement of €30 per pet will be charged.

    From its charming porch, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and views of the Río Toba valley. Feel the natural air and breathe fresh air. The house features two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, and a bathroom. It also has a cozy fireplace, barbecue, and air conditioning in the rooms (available only during the day). The house is approximately 1,500 meters from Guájar-Faragüit, where there is a bar and a supermarket. It's a perfect choice for a charming vacation in harmony with nature.

    Enjoy your dinners under the porch while stargazing. Relax by reading a book or sunbathing. Fully equipped kitchen. TV, Wi-Fi connection.

    We will be available 24 hours a day in case of need.

    The road is paved up to the entrance of the property.

    Do not throw paper into the toilet.

    Tap water is not potable; please keep this in mind when shopping.

    The pool will be available during the summer months; please inquire about opening and closing dates before confirming.

    We supply firewood in the winter months; it is not included in the rental.

Lejos del mundanal ruido.

Buscábamos un alojamiento para relajarnos, estar tranquilos en familia y en contacto con la naturaleza después de los duros meses de confinamiento en un piso en la ciudad...hemos acertado de pleno. Las instalaciones de 10 y el entorno espectacular. La situación ideal porque estás aislado y a la vez cerca de todo. La playa y todo tipo de servicios a 20min, Granada a 45min, Las Alpujarras a 30min...en fin muy contento con la experiencia. Pilu, la dueña, nos obsequió con frutos de la zona entre ellos unos aguacates deliciosos y Águeda, la chica que nos acompañó en la entrada al Cortijo, superamable y cercana. Nos vamos con las pilas cargadas y muy agradecidos de esta tierra. Volveremos.🙏

Lovely place - much better than the pictures. Not a lot in the immediate locale.

Excellant views and amenities in the villa with a roof terrace and second bathroom that weren't shown on the pictures. Owner was really helpful and came to assist us within 20 minutes when we had an issue with the gas cooker - many thanks to Agueda who came to help. Very isolated location, hardly overlooked at all and with supermarkets and restaurants a good 20 minute drive away - not a lot in the immediate locale at all. Driveway very steep and be warned of the front step when manouvering the car!

Beautiful villa

We had a fabulous week Cortijo del Aire Cottage , the house was spotlessly clean as was the bedding and the garden. There was a small problem with the pool filters but Antonio sorted it quickly and it was fine. He was very polite and efficient , nothing was too much trouble. The views were to die for and we spent most evenings at the lovely outdoor table and chairs!
