「Lovely staff, all very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Hotel spotless and well maintained. Beautiful views from our balcony, looking over the sea and Fueterventura in the distance. 「The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. 「Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. 「Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case」

「Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎」
