What a perfect little place our family had of 4. Santa Monica Pier, beach muscle park, dining options were all within a 5 min walk! Parking garage was great so we didn’t have to deal with pubic parking. (Small space but fit our small SUV just perfectly). No stove but we made it work with the toaster oven and microwave. Beds were cozy too! Would definitely stay again! The host was quick to respond as well and let us check-in a couple hours early which was awesome!

Steps away from the beach

We had lovely girls weekend at this adorable, cozy VRBO. We went out to the beach everyday, walked to amazing restaurants and took advantage of being in such a great location.

Was in town for an event and this was a great spot. Comfortable, view of the beach, can walk to the pier, great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and price!

We stayed a few days near Santa Monica pier! We loved the location as it was walking distance from the beach and the infamous pier! Luhanda was quick to respond and her directions were very clear with the check in process! Would recommend!

Little Condo

Quaint 2 bedroom condo perfect to lay your head after a short walk to the beach and pier and walkable to many restaurants. Comes with garage parking spot built for sedan or smaller. Great host communication and availability. Little bit of outside noise at night but safe and convenient.

We had an amazing time while staying at this property, the location was fantastic so close to everything we needed, the open plan layout was welcoming and the view was great! Communication from the property manager was easy, they waste super accomodating.

We loved our stay here. My husband and I felt right at home. We lived the bright openness of the place. Beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. We loved the short walk to the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Very walkable location. Easy walk to the Santa Monica Pier. Delightful nearby breakfast restaurant called Sweet Maple. Parking available in an attached garage which is critical if you've rented a car for your stay. Many other fine restaurants within walking distance. Rained the first two days, so we went from virtually no traffic activity to very heavy activity when the weather got nice again. Host Luhanda was quick to respond to questions.

Very comfy studio. Clean and loved that we had a garage! Just big enough for a small SUV. Loved that we were steps from the Santa Monica Beach boardwalk and pier!

Perfect Location and Space

We love this studio as it has an ocean view and was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Steps from the pier and beach! We ate at restaurants around us everyday ad they were so friendly and fun. I love the 2 beds, table, couch areas s it feels like a real living space. The host gave easy, precise directions and communication was easy and quick. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Great location!

We had a great time at this *perfect location* steps away from the Santa Monica beach and pier. We had a sister's getaway, and were out exploring the darling area. The living room + sleeping area were perfect. Very spacious, room for luggage, etc. I do wish there had been a few more amenities - more towels (they felt a little damp), another mirror, additional bowls / plates, etc. But, the listing was accurate, and the owner did a great job of making the most of a bathroom + kitchen area. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay

Loved our stay - the location, ease, communication with owner. We lived in LA for 18 years, brought our 4 year old back for the first time since leaving. Had a blast. Can't beat the location to the pier and access to the 10 freeway. Ocean views were wonderful. Know the kitchette doesn't have a stove/oven, but the fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle were plenty. To have free parking that close to the beach was unheard of. As other review state, the garage is TINY. We thankfully read that ahead and turned down a free rental care upgrade, making sure we got a compact/economy size. Thank goodness we did. Don't know how we would've fit an SUV though others said they squeezed in. we did see a Tesla park in a neighboring garage for size reference. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Great little spot in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay here very much. However there were a few things that made me leave 4 stars. The shower door and faucet need attention. When turning on the shower water sprays all over you from the handle. Towels are in good condition however there are not enough and they smell of mildew. Prior to booking I asked if a late check out was available and the host said yes. Prior to arrival I asked again for a late checkout at 12 pm and was told it was fine. On the day of check out the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 11:15. I told her we had a late checkout. She said she wanted the trash and I let her in. Then she proceeded to start cleaning and totally ignoring my husband and I statements of a late checkout. Luckily we were packed so we got our stuff and left. The host took 15 minutes to answer me and then told me sorry, she must not have gotten the memo. As a host myself I find that response unacceptable for a prearranged late check out. Just say no next time.

Do-able but not as nice as pictured in the listing.

This property is close to but is not on the beach. The angles of the pictures you see in the advertisement tell an inaccurate story of what you will get (furniture is terribly worn.. )but the apartment is clean. The outdoor sitting area was not private nor without cigarette smoke from others within close proximity. However, the restaurants in the area are good but you will not want to walk about due to the influx of vagrants walking up and down the alley which is the shared entrance to the apartment. The garage is extremely tight for a standard SUV but we managed. We had very little interaction with the host (which only happened upon our evening arrival..speaking with her on our cell several times for clarity sake..) às we were directed to read the instructions provided about the unit..(even though we had read and reread). Overall, the unit is an over priced somewhat nice apartment with lots of construction happening on nearly every side throughout the day. The shower was clean and well stocked with shampoo but the shower door needs to be fixed so to keep it shut. The kitchen was very clean and had an ample supply of cooking gadgets, towels, dishes, and cups. We had looked forward to Our weekend visit to Santa Monica and it was still scenic and enjoyable. Thank you for a clean apartment.
