LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA.

From the parking to the staff all the amenities and the room clean well packed with so many accommodations, the gym was amazing. The staff Melissa was awesome at front desk. Definitely staying here again. Oh and the many restaurants and bars literally 1-5min walk.

We had a great experience in this hotel. A lot of things to check out in the building and around downtown. We feel safe to walk in the city around the hotel even at night. The rooftop is very nice and we enjoyed it.
