This centrally located house is near from numerous supermarket, restaurants, shopping mall, and multiples freeways. It is at only 25 minute from L.A downtown, or 40min to Disneyland

CHECK-IN TIME :
Starting at 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) via smart lock (The code will be sent 30 min prior to your check-in)
CHECK-OUT TIME :
11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater to a late check-out request)

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS :
In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
SMOKING :
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
SECURITY :
The property is equipped with security cameras installed on the property's exterior (i.e., hallway) to ensure guest safety.
NO POOL ACCESS :
Guests are not allowed to use the pool.
