ソファーベッドを使用しましたが、ソファのクッションの下はとても汚かったです。掃除が行き届いていませんでした。 また、ソファ用の布団、シーツも用意されていませんでした。 スタッフの対応や立地はよかったです。 夜遅くに軽食を購入する事が出来たのは良かったです。 ウォーターサーバーがあると良かったです。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで英語があまり話せない私達に嫌な顔一つせずにスタッフの方、ハウスキーパーの方全員笑顔で対応していただき、本当に楽しい滞在になりました！朝食も美味しく、立地もスーパー、レストラン、駅も徒歩圏内でとても良かったです！ またLAに行く時には宿泊させていただきたいと思います！

・1週間の家族旅行のために利用しました。 ・ダウンタウンの拠点にするには素敵なホテル ・ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーでいろいろな質問をしても親身に答えてくれた。 ・レンタカーをしたのだが、場所のせいもあるだろうがValet Parkingしかないため駐車代は高め。 ・買い物も歩いて5分でRalphsがあるので困らないと思います。 ・子どもを連れていたので洗濯機・乾燥機があるのは助かりました。 ・プリンターの設備があるので急に購入したチケットを印刷したりするのは便利です。

従業員の方もみな丁寧でした。 朝食付きで、ワッフルもとても美味しかったです。 アメリカンブラックファーストなので、5日目から日本の朝食が恋しくなりました。 地下鉄乗り場やメトロバスのバス停など近く、レンタカーを借りるつもりでしたが、借りないですみました。

清潔で広い部屋
友人と3人で利用。 部屋もキッチン付きで広く、クイーンサイズのベッド２つに、エキストラベッドとしてソファーベッドが一台ありました。ソファーベッドは固さはあるものの、とても広いので充分でした。 夜22時まで開いているプールもあり、プールサイドでカクテルをのんだりと、満喫できます。 また、無料の朝食も、品数は少ないもののなかなかのクオリティで、満足度は高かったです。 多くの大手ホテルが実施している空港からの無料のシャトルバスはありませんでした。 全体的にはとても快適で、スタッフの皆さんの対応もよく、とても満足です。

NBA観戦のため、ステイプルズセンターに近い、こちらのホテルに泊まりました。 家族5人でしたが、お部屋が広く、とても快適！朝食も美味しかったです。 部屋で無料Wi-Fi が使えたので、子供達は大喜びでした。 とても良いホテルでした！ 次回もこちらに宿泊しようと思っています(^^)

convention centerに近いホテル
AAAAIがconvention centerで行われたので滞在しました。とても便利でした。ホテルと会場を行ったり来たりしていたのでキッチンがあったのはとても良かったです。食事も2回は近所のスーパーで冷凍食品を買ってきて食べました。ピザやハンバーグに飽きていたのでとても楽しめました。

ロス観光の拠点としてぴったりでした
ダウンタウン、ハリウッド、ディズニーランド観光の際に泊まりました。 とてもきれいで清潔感のあるホテルでとても快適でした。近くにLA Liveがあり、歩いて10分〜15分ほどで地下鉄駅(7th St/Metro Center)やフードコートのあるショッピングモール(FIGat7th)に行けます。他のエリアと比べて安心して歩けるエリアでした。 キッチンには電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー兼ポット、IHコンロ、食器一式など、一通り揃っています。 一方ホテルによくあるアメニティはほとんどなかったので自分で準備する必要があります。

Greetings, I am quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There are dusty lamps, a dirty coffee maker and toaster, a dirty paper towel, stained bath towels, and hair in the bathtub, among other issues. It's my birthday and my first time staying at your hotel, and I am not happy with the quality, especially considering what I paid. I addressed the issues with the night manager, but he was typing something while talking to me and seemed not really focused/sincere (not showing full attention). Sincerely, Cristy

Very nice experience for our kids they loved the hotel complimentary breakfast! We checked in late at night and staff was very short and not too welcoming. Valet was a bit pricey and also had bad customer service etiquette. On the other hand our suite was great! It had all the amenities and beds were comfy after a long travel.

Everything was great in the room service was great my only complaint is upon arrival we checked in at 4pm and I had a reservation for 2 rooms and only 1 room was ready the other room did not become available until 6:30pm almost 7pm and still had to check out at 11am room's were great beds comfortable front desk was very nice and accommodating

The room was spacious and great for our family to sleep and get to a basketball game at Crypto arena was super close and convenient. The pool area was so dark at night wish they had some mood lighting and maybe some outdoor heating lamps and music. The breakfast food was pretty bad. Watered down coffee, barely warm hot items and cheapest tasting bread for toast - the oatmeal was good with a variety of toppings. The shower door in our suitte wouldn't stay shut it kept sliding open. Staff were super friendly and helpful with alternative parking options nearby.

Very pretty and clean on the inside, knowing it’s in the city the surrounding area while dirty was a cool and surrounding was a good urban experience. My family and I loved LA and will be coming back soon. This hotel gave us a great experience staff and all included. Only thing I have to ask is to have more variety for the breakfast options and make it more known as a valet only facility.
