A really wonderful hotel, the staff were so nice and helpful with any need we had (including keeping an eye out and notifying us when our luggage finally arrived after we did and supplying us with some necessities in the meantime). The breakfast was always hot and delicious, and a beautiful, clean room with every possible amenity we could need. I’m already hoping to plan a future trip again soon.

Spent a week here with our kids. The two bedroom suite was spacious. The staff was helpful. The area is walkable with dining close by and shopping options as well.

Great hotel in a safe convenient location. Hotel can very clean, well maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast options were great but it was the same menu everyday. Also, breakfast timings for weekdays could extend by 30 mins. Overall a great hotel in a safe location with many shopping and dining options closeby. My go to hotel in LA from now on.

The suite was perfect for our family of 3. It has a large living room/kitchenette combo and two double beds. The beds were comfortable. We could easily log into our netflix accounts to watch tv at night before bed. It auto logged off on the last day.

We keep receiving noise complaints when we weren’t loud at all. At night when we first arrived we understand that with moving in our luggage’s it can be loud and we apologize and stayed super quiet for the whole night. But in the morning when we barely moving around we received the same complaints which made us very upset and felt harassed for not even doing anything. It made our stay horrible as we couldn’t feel freely to move around the room. In addition when we arrived to go grab free breakfast we were waiting outside as it was crowded so it went from 9am to 9:01am and the gentleman closed the door on us and wouldn’t even allow us in to grab any snack or food. With the amount of trust and faith I had at staying at prior residence inn, this was the most upsetting location to stay at and we will never come back.

I have stayed in this hotel a lot of times, however the experience I had this time was unexpectedly bad because the hotel staff were absolutely awful and rude, especially the manager for that night!!!!!!!! Never will I ever go back to this place!!!!!

We stayed 4 nights, the hotel was clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, walking distance to restauraunts and shopping, parking was secure, area was safe. Im glad we shopped around to find this place. I would stay here again.

Not a peaceful place...
The clerk made mistakes which delayed us significantly. The elevators did not work the following morning. Noisy children in hallways.
