This beautifully decorated and features 40 ft ceilings upon your grand entrance. Showcasing two living rooms 2 patios a , 2 jacuzzis and 7 bedrooms with 5-/2 baths that are each decorated in the finest tile surely to impress your “a” list friends
The house is 4026 sq. Ft. And the lot size is 5766 sq ft.. lots of space to get privacy even if your guest count is 16
The neighborhood is an upscale quiet neighborhood where you will see people wqlking there dogs and bicycling by the house throughout then day. There is a little league park directly across the street so on there weekends you may hear a roar from the crowd as a little guy hits a homer. Speaking of homers. We are 15 minutes away from the new Sofi stadium

Our family enjoyed our stay at this luxurious Conveniently located castle. The house is full of the things you need and more and the host is proactive, responsive and welcoming. I’d recommend this to anyone with a large group or to anyone just looking to live large! What a wonderful vacation this was!

Great location, nice neighborhood. Only 6 bedrooms not 7. Kitchen and dining are in need of deep cleaning. One of the bedrooms (upstairs) linen was not clean. Several calls were made to both phone numbers that were provided, never answered and went straight to voicemail.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and ready on arrival, with beds made and stocked kitchen and toilet supplies. The house is as advertised with no issues. The property is close to the airport and easy to get to. No airport noise issue, it was a nice neighborhood. We were walking distance to Target and Trader Joes as well as a few restaurants. Would stay again here. Thank you.

A great rental for our large group. Wonderful, safe location. So close to the airport, it was convenient to pick up our family from the airport. Donnie was very helpful, personable and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was very nice and clean when we got there. So much space for me and my friends to kick our feet up after a long. Best part was the jacuzzi. We got all the supplies we need for the weekend. In all honesty best place to stay for you and friends would come here again. Would recommend for anyone!

Plenty of good things: - great hot tub in back yard - host communicative, even called me to check in half way through our stay - it is spacious, we made great use of the living room Weird things to note: - less beds than advertised - No shampoos/body washes provided in any of the bathrooms - No extra blankets and pillows available (we were told NOT to use any extra sheets or blankets we found in the cabinets as they were for changeover only) even though part of the description is the extra fold out "beds" which are really just like roll out foam mats for the floor - Master bedroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even after we aired it out by opening the balcony doors for hours - the “jungle room” Off the master bedroom also is weirder than advertised for sure - The front door handle was broken off the door, making it difficult to get in/out. And if someone engages the deadbolt it nullifies the code lock mechanism - this happened during our check-in and we were stuck outside for a while until someone answered our call and told us to just go through the garage (manually lifting up the door) - kitchen trash had old food in it when we arrived (like a whole chicken carcass?)

The house was perfect for our group of 15 staying in LA for four days. Donnie was there to greet us when we checked in and enthusiastically gave us a grand tour of the house. He was very pleasant when we met him and had stocked the house with everything we needed and more. He even accommodated our third car, which wouldn't fit in the driveway. Besides some minor issues left unresolved (e.g., an inoperable microwave and an extra headcount fee from when we thought we'd have more than 16), everything went perfectly, and I would recommend this place to others taking a group trip to LA.

This property totally met the needs of our family. We needed a place that had at least 5 bedrooms. It was in a nice safe neighborhood and very close to LAX. The home was clean and very spacious. Would rent again.

The Home was so great that we had a very relaxing time towards the end of our trip, special mention to Donnie for receiving us at the property and explaining us the details of it and his interaction with all kids. Loved the stay and for sure will stay here when ever we get a chance to visit LA
