Some issues with getting the key to the property- but once that was fixed the property itself was decent. Would have been good to know it did not have central air or heat, the outdoor balcony had no view other than another condo and was blocked by part of the cover between the 2 buildings. Also the parking situation was not great - we played roulette each time to see if the valet would stop us and if we could find parking. Also for a nice condo the towels were horrible (almost falling apart) and there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the 4 day stay. All in all - it was ok. Location was great, building was nice, but for the price I expected a bit more.

Almost everything. The host didn’t give us any information about where to pick up keys and any rules about our stay until we reached out to her 12hrs before we left. It was a scavenger hunt to find the lock box with the key Heater in bedroom didn’t work nor did the fireplace The room wasn’t very clean. My husband had to mop the floors and we noticed that the exhaust vents in the bathroom were filthy. I felt like the host didn’t care about how we felt. She blame us because it was our first experience in a Vrbo rental. She could have given us more information regarding the use of streaming services which we would have had to bring personal passwords. All of this could have been done with just an informality instruction sheet of what to expect. Very unhappy with the host and the rental. It needs a lot of maintenance done!I hope this information helps so if it is rented out again guest will have a better experience PLEASE address these issues! We paid a lot of money for this rental and didn’t get what we paid for!

Awesome location

Great apartment in an awesome location. Easy access to the beach, Santa Monica Pier and shopping/dining. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for having creamer for the coffee!! We would definitely stay here again.

Santa Monica Pier

Very nice location right across from pier and right in the heart of Santa Monica. Easy to get around everything walking distance. Weather could have been nicer but June gloom was on full display. Property was as described and met expectations although bathroom a tad on the small size.. Santa Monica has changed a lot since our last trip there 17 years ago.

Great Santa Monica getaway

Awesome condo on Ocean Ave in Santa Monica - beautiful view overlooking the ocean and Palisades Park. Literally minutes to walk to great restaurants, bars, the pier and park. Condo was well stocked for everything from eating in to going to the beach. Diana was terrific, super helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Will look forward to staying here next time we'e in town!
