Location is good. Noise (next to freeway) is big. Service average. Keys did not work twice, had to walk all the way to front desk to reset. Not a word of sorry from front desk. Internet spotty.

Property needs a big upgrade. Everything‘s broke the doors have no seal you can see outside the wood is cracked. The towels were dingy looking. And the mattresses were very hard.

I wouldn't stay here ever again. I come out the room to see people sitting in chairs like they own the place. Guests had 2 dogs in 1 room. Of course dog poop i smelled because they didnt clean it up. I also was searching for the ice machine, come to find out it was broke so you would have to walk all the way to front desk to use that one. Room 259. Bathroom had mold all on the ceiling. And it smelled too. Why would you even give someone a room like that. I urge you, stay somewhere else.

This reservation was made in error. I reached out to motel 6, motel 6 told me to reach out to Expedia. Expedia tells me they will reach out to motel 6. Please just cancel the erroneous reservation.

Office Staff was great I had a easy and fast check in room was Super Clean I’ve never seen a room so organized and cleaned as you entered. Overall Hotel very professional. I do recommend this place myself.

Dont waste your money

Although i asked and got a non smoking room my sheets and blankets had cigarette burn marks and still smelled like cigarettes, it was disgusting. They should keep those for the smoking rooms. I stayed two days and it was a Hassle to have them make the beds and give me fresh towels, after waiting for so long i 86d the beds being made and asked just for towels. For $98 a night this room wasn't up to Par. The shower head, door hinges were gross, my Towels had hair all over each of them and i found a lot of unclean areas and more. For being in Claremont i wasnt expecting this to be so bad. Ive stayed in many locations, this one was by far the worst. Ps, be aware that their toilet paper is the cheapest you can find, and the doorway wasnt fit right, cold air kept coming in, and it had a smell like Mold. Room 121 is lower then 1 star BAD.....

Sad day for Motel 6

The bathroom needs refreshing Bad, we had WiFi the last day and we had to go back to the office to reprogram our key cards. To many problems with Motel 6 now days. I`m done with them.
