This place is located 5 mins away from Los Angeles Convention Center, 7 mins to GRAMMY Museum L.A. Live, 8 mins to The Broad, 9 mins to California Science Center, 9 mins to Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHM),9 mins to Public Art "MacArthur Park, Urban Oasis", 21 mins to Hollywood Walk of Fame, 23 mins to Ripley's Believe It or Not!, 27 mins to Santa Monica State Beach. There are also restaurants and shops located nearby!
Feel perfectly at home with my 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom unit. Perfect for travelers, friends, families and even those in the city for business!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a spacious closet, a TV, a dedicated workspace and an ensuite bath. The 3 bedrooms have queen-sized bed each, spacious closet, and a dedicated workspace - definitely a perfect setup for those who are working from home! The 4th bedroom has 1 trundle bed (2 twin beds) - which makes this place comfortable for up to 10 guests!
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
This home also has high-speed WiFi, and 2 TVs with an access to all streaming apps where you can login using your own accounts.
There are 2 driveway parking spots available at the back of the building.
