気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

何度もこのホテルに宿泊しており、今回は４泊しました。静かで部屋も広く使いやすいホテルです。しかし、駐車場で＄65は高いと思います。今回はあまり駐車場を利用している人がいなかったように思います。これに税金が加わるとウーバー利用の方が良いかと思います。今回は、フロントやルームサービスへのリクエストが全く通らなかった事が不満でした。部屋の清掃は今のアメリカでは毎日入らないのは理解していますが、フロントでタオル交換とゴミ箱の袋交換と無料のコーヒー豆の補充だけ毎日とお願いしいましたが、部屋に戻るとされておらず、ルームサービスに電話するとタオルは持ってきます。フロントではダメなのかと、ルームサービスに電話でお願いすると、それもしてくれず、結局、毎日夜に電話して交換をしてもらいました。フロントでもリクエストをPCには打ち込んでいましたが、ルームサービスには伝わっていません。3日目に部屋の清掃をお願いしましたが、簡単な清掃しかしませんと断られました。アメニティ料金を取るなら対応して欲しいと思います。アメリカの一部の都市で始まった、市職員保護税やリゾートアメニティ料金などが高く、旅行サイトで予約しても別にかかる金額が高いので、実際の料金が見えにくい（ホテルによって金額が違う）ので困ります。部屋が広くキッチンが付いているので快適なので宿泊したいホテルですが、部屋のサービス改善と税金のわかりやすさを求めます。

どのスタッフも優しい。フロントレディの記憶力の良さは話がスムーズで大変良かった。ハウスキーピングマネージャーはとても親切で話しやすく、よく助けてくれた。そしてルーフトップで対応してくれたOttoがとても気さくで優しく楽しい時間を過ごせた。お客さんもファミリーが多く、安心して泊まれ、エレベーターで会った人が「ここのホテルはとっても良い」と口を揃えて言っていた意味がよくわかった。また絶対泊まりたい。

ロサンゼルス旅行の際はいつも利用しています。静かで便利の良い所です。客室はリニューアルされて新しくなっていました。エアコンも新しくなっていました。 5日宿泊しましたが2日間お湯がぬるく、1日は水でした。夏なので水のシャワーでも入れましたが、電話しても修理中と言うことで、結局朝まで直りませんでした。(以前宿泊時も一回ありました) 一回、洗面台ボウルから真っ黒い汚水が噴き上げてきた時は驚ましたが、電話すると飛んできて対処はしてくれました。施設は古いので仕方がないとは思いますが、設備の更新を希望します。それでも、便利な場所とこの広さとキッチン付きでバスタブ付きの施設は他にはありません。このエリアのホテルの駐車場料金の値上がりは驚きでした。1日55ドルは車必須のアメリカでは高すぎると思います。この施設ではエクスペディアからの予約で45ドルに安くなったので少し助かりました。

広くてきれいでよかったです。暖炉や箱を模した台などデザインにも工夫がみられて楽しかったです。ベランダの扉の建付けが悪くなったのか、鍵が締まりづらかったのと、洗面台の水を出している間下水のような匂いがするのが気になりました。

素晴らしいホテル

スタッフがとても良い。特にバレーパーキングの係の人がとても親切でした。ロケーションは申し分ない。人気のカフェへも徒歩圏内で毎日美味しいラテが飲めます。ホテルのロビーにある飲料水のフレーバーが毎日変わって美味しかった。イチゴやオレンジなど。部屋も広く清潔でスタイリッシュで快適。LAに行くときは絶対にまた泊まります。

最高にくつろげるホテルでした

こちらのホテルに７泊しましたが、最高に心地よい滞在でした。ホテルそのものに関しては、部屋が広く清潔で、キッチンがついているので、比較的長い滞在でホテルに居る時間が長くても常に快適に過ごせました。周りは静かな住宅街で、散歩しながら素敵な家を見て回るのも楽しかったですし、歩いて直ぐにお洒落なメルローズ通りに出れて、有名なカフェやレストランにも至近です。インテリアのお店も沢山ありました。近くにスーパーマーケットもあるので、キッチンでの料理にも困りませんし、夕方にはルーフトップのソファで、涼しい風に吹かれながら読書をしたり、ビールを飲んだりととてもくつろげました。（プールは工事中でした）今度またロスに来ることがあったら、絶対こちらに泊まります。

女性だけでも安心して滞在できる治安の良いアパートメントタイプのホテル。

北向きの部屋だったので暗く部屋の臭いと夜中他の部屋のドアー開閉音が気になりました。ロケーションは最高です。近くにカフェやレストランが沢山あり朝食は早朝散歩がてらカフェで夕食は少しお洒落をして素敵なレストランで楽しみました。

I found this hotel property to be clean and the staff courteous and professional. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the rooftop bar and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We had dinner options within walking distance. I recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel. Greate location. Walking distance to good shopping and resturants. when we arrived there was a noise sounded like they were drilling in the walls. When the night came and the noise continued, it turned out to be the elevator. The reception helped us movimg to a more quiet room further away from the elevator. That solved the problem. The roof top pool/bar/lounge area was not that tranquile, as load children playing in the pool seems to have been lowed. A warning for all sur charges ad well. The receipt long as my arm and the parking alone is $65 per day!

I actually really loved this hotel. The location is great, the room itself was fantastic. My only two things was that there was an odd banging noise that sounded like construction or something that went on everyday except the day I was checking out. And the other is that the toilet roll holder didn't actually hold the toilet roll. Other than that, I had a fantastic stay and I would most definitely stay there again.

I was impressed by the staff. Our check-in was fast, friendly and generous. Our bartender at the restaurant was also our room service server and was just a lovely person who was helpful and thoughtful in anticipating our needs

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Parc at Melrose, and it was truly an amazing experience. The service at this hotel is top-notch - the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly professional. From the helpful front desk to the valet parking attendants who went above and beyond to assist me, every interaction was a delight. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and spotless, making for a comfortable and inviting stay. I especially appreciated the extra mile the staff went to ensure my stay was perfect, such as helping me with the fireplace and even retrieving a forgotten item from my car. I would highly recommend Le Parc at Melrose to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future."

Comfortable small hotel with lovely staff

I had a very comfortable room with separate living room, balcony and kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Julian who helped me with questions about my booking. The hotel is intimate and the pool area is a rooftop oasis with cabanas that is generally not overcrowded. Kudos to the food staff who run a lovely bar/cafe and efficient room service. They all made me feel at home, especially Otto.
