心無い対応がショックでした。また、対応した一部のスタッフ達の人間性の低さに驚き、今まで人の優しさに触れた事が無い人生だったのだろうと可哀想に思いました。

ユニバーサルスタジオハリウッドに遊びの行く前日に宿泊しました。 早めのチェックイン(11時くらい)でしたが、部屋に案内してもらって、観光前の休憩が取れて良かったです。 駐車場は1泊2日(たぶん出発日の午後6時まで？)出し入れ自由で、パークの駐車場に行くよりも安上がりです。 駐車場のキーを失くしてしまって、不安でしたがすぐに再発行してくれました。 パークへのアクセスはシャトルバスもありますが、徒歩の方が早いらしいです。 一旦、坂を降りて、階段を登り、歩道橋を渡ればすぐにシティウォークです。奥まで行けばパークがあります。 部屋も広くて、清潔でした。

Universal Studio Hollywoodに行く時には、いつもこちらに宿泊します。パークまで徒歩5分なので、無料シャトルもありますが、ほとんど徒歩で行き来します。とても便利です。部屋は清掃もよく行き届いています。プールは小さめですが、利用者も少ないので気が向いた時に行ってもプールサイドのチェアでゆっくりできます。 今回初めてWarner Brothers Studio Tourにも行ったのですが、こちらも素晴らしかったです! WBの映画やドラマで好きなものがあれば、とてもおすすめです。 ホテルから車で10分もかからないくらいでした。 USHや周辺の観光を考えているのであれば、とても良いホテルだと思います。

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and jump on the tram. Very convenient friendly and professional team. The tram driver was great and helpful. I just hope the parking wasn't so expensive at least offer a discount for Hilton Honors members. Great property

Beautiful space, would be 5 stars if it weren't for all the extra charges. Breakfast is pricey. And, even as an honors member, I was dinged for all sorts of small charges at checkout. Also a bit of a bummer you can't acrue Hilton Honors points when booking through Expedia. Regardless, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was super close to Universal and City Walk, which makes it a perfect stay when visit the theme park.

Room was musty damp mold smell, had maintenance come up and spray and change air filter since apparently they didnt have any other rooms available. Restrooms didnt have vents, if someone did numbee 2 the smell lingered. No wonder room was damp, no exhauset. gave us free buffet breakfast at least.

Excellent property!! Booked here to stay with my 2 children and husband and the room was very spacious. We got a king bed& pullout couch with corner view. Everything was so clean, staff went above and beyond. We booked here to go to universal & there is a shuttle that runs every 15 min, but the park is also a short 10 min walk! I would highly recommend this place

Stayed at this property a few times because of its proximity to Universal Studios. They have a shuttle, but you could even walk, we will be back.

Linda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The hotel was clean, well kept and smelt fresh. Overall staff appeared happy to be at work and seemed to be having a great time helping out the guests. Parking garage was easy to find and lots of parking throughout the day. Me and my family of 5 felt safe and extremely happy at this Hilton :)

The hotel was so clean and felt just like home, everyone was so nice and helpful. It was walking distance to Universal. Also we had a perfect view of Universal from our room which was amazing.

Proximity to the park was excellent. Didn’t need a shuttle and could walk with ease. Staff were friendly but most not genuinely so. Felt forced. Housekeeping an issue for us. Supplies not replenished each day i.e. coffee creamer and stir sticks, water bottles. Hair dryer broken in room. Overall an excellent place to stay/ buffet breakfast overpriced but convenient and good selection.
