Second time staying at the Hampton Inn in Arcadia. Very nice. Very safe. Plenty of dining options close by.

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

Antiquated, run down and terrible service. Rips in lobby furniture, elevator had no permit and the glass mirror tiles on the ceiling were taped in place with clear packaging tape. Beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms need updating. Hilton needs to replace the manager and front desk staff. They clearly don’t care. I really think that $500k might get this property back to showing guests some pride in their brand.

They didn’t allow service pet as it was emotional support animal. The staff literally laughed on face. They wanted charge another $50 as pet fees. Overall the tone of staff and manger was arrogant and not welcoming. In asking for pet policy they only had instructions on how a pet should behave and cleaning charges, pet waste rules. But there was no policy on the much dogs are considered as service pet. On saying we will dispute pet fees they said they will cancel reservations. So we had to take new hotel on the night at 10:30pm. Never going to come back here. Terrible hotel. They should simply not allow pets than talking non sense.

The location was good. Plenty of places to eat nearby walking distance or short drive. Parking was easy and plenty avaliable and car was safe. Only downfall is no hot tub

This property was awesome! Very delicious breakfast! 20-30mins to Universal Studios. Rooms were very clean, personnel were very amicable. Definitely will put it on our fav list

Great stay. Pleasant staff, very clean and nice. Breakfast is amazing! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need including shampoo, confectioner and lotion that smell good and are quality, not just your average cheap motel toiletries. Highly recommended and will be coming back!
