また泊まりたいです

家族4人での滞在でした。2部屋あるため、子どもたちが寝た後も間のドアを閉めて作業ができて助かりました。ウェルカムドリンクを１階のバーでアメフトを見ながら楽しみました。お部屋に電子レンジがあり、１階の受付横の売店で冷凍食品が売っていました。週末だったため朝食が７時からでしたが、7時ぴったりに朝食会場の準備完了するわけではないため食べられず残念でした（早朝便利用だったため途中で泣く泣く諦めました）。でもオートミールが美味しかったです。また泊まりたいです！

日本人で3世代6人(内小学生3人)で宿泊しました。 19時頃にUber利用してユニオン駅から40分で着きました。とにかく、子連れの海外旅行なので、安全で清潔なホテルを探しました！ 1階の売店にはクリスピークリームドーナツがあり、子どもたちは大喜びでした！エレベーターは、カードキーをタッチしてから階数ボタンを押してください！何名か戸惑っていました。室内は広くて清潔で、騒音も気になりませんでした！バスタブの水捌けが悪かったですが、これはとくにマイナスポイントにはなりませんでした！朝6時にはLAX空港につき着きたかったのでシャトルバスを利用しましたが、運転手さんも荷物を入れ込むのを手伝っていただきたすかりました！乗車の際に利用するターミナルを伝えたらいいとおもいます！フロントのスタッフさんも、英語が話せないわたしたちに合わせてゆっくり話してくださいました！我が家は金額に合ったホテルだとおもいます(^^)

急な仕事の出張で4泊しましたが、全室スイートなので2部屋あって広々しており、一人で過ごすには贅沢な空間でした。残念なのはあまり贅沢を言ってはバチがあたりますが、朝食の品数が少ないこと、House Cleaningのグリーンサインを点灯していたのに、一度も入ってくれませんでした。なぜ？？あと、空港の近くでアクセスはいいですが、ホテルから歩いて食事に行けるところはほぼないに等しいです。(アメリカは基本的に徒歩を想定はしていないとは思いますが・・。) スーパーまで歩くと30分はかかります。左前にある酒屋さんが唯一便利でした。

I checked in room late due to only room and wasn’t clean and they never told me the room was ready i called customer service after they placed me on hold they told room was ready check in is at 4pm which that is very late but didn’t check in until 4:30-4:45pm… they only offered a different room with no price difference i asked about drinks and it sure if it’s this location but they only offer one wine or beer you have to pay for alcohol … breakfast ok no longer have bacon or another type of meat just sausage patties that didn’t look done to me … omelets made but 1 person line extra long it had different meats but that was ridiculous and they don’t have them on Sundays …. Snacks ok in room but definitely better choices on drinks/water selection… check in was definitely a major no for me because we had been there since 9:30am and i had requested once for early check in and me seating in lobby and nobody updating me or etc no real accommodations for it either

Only thing I didn’t like about my stay was some protesters across the street making noise multiple times a day, and very early in the morning too. This wasn’t the embassy’s fault tho lol

The A/C wasn't working the front desk stated that it should be working. We slept in heat because we were tired to ask to move. Plus the parking ended up being 71 dollars instead of the 54 the front desk told us. The bar/restaurant was good. Got a complimentary drink.

The staff, the cleanliness, property conditions were excellent! The free breakfast and made to order omelets were delicious. Only negative was parking is almost $55 per night. There is a parking garage next door that charges $25 per night. Winnie, the mobile robot was cool to witness deliver items to your room. I highly recommend this hotel.
