Thank you for helping my travel to Fair Plex ! I was so enjoy my music life in Pomona :) Big room, big bath room and warm color interior. Please don't go out from evening.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel provided one towel per guest and could not provide a extra towels or linens. The hotel guests across from our room were somewhat questionable and made me feel unsafe. They were yelling with each other in the hallway at 2 a.m. A house next to the hotel had a loud party until 1:00 in the morning. The breakfast was good for a standard hotel buffet breakfast. The staff member who made the hot breakfast kept the dining room clean and well supplied.

I wouldn't even check in the place looked so bad. mattresses up against the windows. Unsafe. people coming out of the motel starring me down. I would not recommend.

Definitely not a luxury hotel but was clean and comfortable and affordable with kind and friendly staff who were both approachable and accommodating. Also has a garage for parking monitored by cameras which was nice!

Very comfortable beds, have stayed here before. Convenience to Fairplex location is excellent. Breakfast was ok, coffee was terrible.

We had a party of 6, 2 adults 4 kids. We had the handicapped assessible room with 2 king and a couch pull out. The room was large and spacious, the king beds and pillows were comfortable. No central heating so we had a space heater that worked well. Breakfast was poor, lobby smelled like smoke and looked a bit run dow, booking pictures seemed to be enhanced, the price was nice. We went for a cornhole tournament at Sofive arena so we only used the room for sleeping. Sofive is about 15 min. away and Disney is about 40 min. depending on traffic. Not sure if wed stay again, area seems a bit rough but we only stayed here since the price was nice and to sleep.

The staff here were all very conscientious and diligent in their work. The breakfast staff made sure supplies were immediately replenished and the food was good. The only negative is the location is not in the best part of town and there are no restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, though.

Nice hotel and kept very clean. Very loud being next to the street. Could hear cars driving by, sirens and planes overhead! Not the staffs fault by any means, they were great. Smelt good and clean.

Overall my room was clean, bed not comfortable (but I still had a good night's sleep,) free breakfast was fine (you pay for what you get). I just did not like that the doors around the property (on the first floor) were unlocked. They had a key slot but we just turned the knob and it opened. I'm glad we were on the second floor. Other than that, for the price that we paid, I think it was a fair, clean hotel/motel.

The hotel has signs posted everywhere that it is a non-smoking hotel. However, the first floor smelled strongly of weed. In fact, they kept outside doors open to try dissipate the smell. The security guard near the front desk didn’t seem too concerned. Thankfully we were on the the third floor, but could still smell it through the vent in the bathroom.

Tv not working and even though security came up to try and fix it , they didn’t offer another room. The room next door is having a party on a Tuesday at 8 pm and very noisy. Overall not impressed

There was a very loud “party” next to my room passed midnight, the people at the hotel asked them to stop but instead they made it worst, they were screaming or fighting, slamming doors, etc. We worked earlier and so exhausted and had to leave for work again at 7:30 the next morning. They said they would call the police but they didn’t. We hardly had any sleep. It was awful!

A great value
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (ask for a 3rd floor room) and an easy drive to Pomona College where we were going to watch my daughter compete. The check-in service was so friendly (he even remebered me the next day and asked about the competition), and helpful. A great option for the price.

The room was large and laid out very nicely.. It did have a chase lounger that looked nasty. The bed was comfortable but during the night I kept hearing a door closing that kept waking me up, thus not much sleep. What really shocked me was that the room did not have a heater or air conditioner. It only had a floor heater! I won't stay here again. My friends stayed at the Hilton much cheaper than what I paid.

The one building is historical building. They have photos and information displayed. The walls were thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations. They went to bed or went out and it was quite after 8 pm.

I arrived to the hotel late in the evening, and was immediately met with a scary man who rushed from the street toward my car. I immediately jumped in my car and locked the doors. Check in and the front desk were fine, however, I can't say the same about the room. The bed was full of hairs from who knows-who. I had to clean it all out myself. It was truly disgusting. I needed an iron and the only way to get one was by asking the front desk, because "people steal them". The one iron they had had some sticky residue that stained my blazer that I needed for an interview the next day. The night was even worse. Incredibly loud throughout the night. There was loud music, people talking late and through the night. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Horrible experience.
