The is not the place that’s advertised! This one is on the opposite side of the building with a huge building blocking the view so it’s not a spectacular view. The decor is nothing like what I’d listed. The place is not the same just be aware. Just was not willing to compromise at all when brought to there attention.

Trust Issues at a Nice Place

To begin with, the apartment is in a nice building surrounded on three sides with nice things and on one side with not so nice things. the amenities of the building are nice as well. the apartment itself is also nice with a washer and dryer that comes in clutch. as for the bad, this apartment is not located in Beverly Hills. Second, the apartment has some issues (cleanliness, things broken, things not working, etc.) but you might not find them to be that big of an issue. Third, parking is not free. You have to pay for it but sometimes the guard will let you through without paying. That was a serious headache for us in dealing with this place. Finally the biggest issue was the lack of communication from the host to questions they didn't want to answer. The host will only reply to things they are willing to address. Book at your own risk.
