This is a magical secluded vacation property; a spacious and stylish Beverly Hills home is so private and relaxing that sometimes you think that you are staying on the Martian surface outside out of this world. It is a very private property with lush landscaping and an existing charming cottage. While you feel you live in nature, you are so close to most of the vacation and entertainment hotspots in town. Incredible location, minutes from dining and shopping on Rodeo Dr. and The Beverly Hills Hotel and surrounded by celebrities and mansions. Just a few minutes up from the famous Sunset blvd and the famous Beverly Hills sign.

Upon booking, guests can enjoy a safe location with amenities such as a private outdoor pool and luxurious style living included with an outdoor patio, television, and WIFI.

This place has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and potentially can accommodate up to 4 guests or 6 if they want to sleep on sofa beds and a sofa to stay and enjoy.

Generally, children or pets are not allowed, but you can send private messages to us, and we can consider your requests.

A little disappointed
Location was great and house was cute, although the place is currently for sale so the property has certainly been neglected. The backyard doesn’t look like the photos at all. There was no grass as shown in the backyard; it was a massive dirt patch. The bushes were immensely overgrown, there were cobwebs everywhere and leaves filled the pool. The inside was fairly nice, although the beds had stains on them, which was not pleasant for my girlfriend and I. The place has a ton of potential, I just think it’s not cared for at all anymore.

Exceptional Property
Fantastic location! Felt private, but was close to everything. We were visiting our son (who lives in LA). He stayed with us at the VRBO. Perfect for our family dog too. I highly recommend! One suggestion: a more comfortable couch. It's beautiful, but stiff. And tough to fit all three of us. That's it. Otherwise, a lovely stay that we'll book again.

Loved that they left me flowers for my birthday however payed for the pool to be warmed and there miscommunication on that so it didn’t happen would have loved to swim but that’s ok still 5 stars

Enhance experience
I’m a big fan being in nature because it bring me happiness & peaceful. This house right for that reasons. I’m appreciative the house patio & garden, right to the hill. However these are a few things would help enhance guest experience like: remove 2 wooden chairs, it look like decor but wet and dirty can’t sit. Put beach chairs that can lay for sun tan. We had to put towels on the floor for sun tan which wasn’t comfortable, also the floor have ants… a simple small table at BBQ grill station, there was where the sun almost there. Bedroom door can’t open to the patio. Desk table lighting, we can’t turn on so it always dark there. If the grass behind the wooden beach chairs could developed better for playing, could step into the ground, having an outdoor shower, then it would be great experience. ( just in my opinion) Beside water sometime very weak as someone already mentioned, water at the pool is always cold, we couldn’t deep in for 2 days. I special love the bamboo wings and the bamboo in front of the house. It’s a pleasure to spend time here and felt happier, enjoy nice BBQ outdoor. The knives are not very sharp to use, the chop board should be replace soon. All flowers, plants, fruit trees really charming… we enjoy our stay here. Thank you 🙏

Location was terrific!
The location was terrific and the house looked exactly like the pics in the listing. Couple of items I want to mention. First, if you are showering in one of the two bathrooms and someone begins a shower in the other bathroom, your water pressure goes to dripping. Literally dripping. Couple of us got caught completely soaped with no pressure to rinse. It would have been a help if this was suggested in the listing so we could plan accordingly. We then had to schedule everyone’s shower time for the entire trip. I just expected better from a home in BH. Secondly, the living room furniture is not comfortable. We did spend time several evenings watching movies as a family. Yoh cannot comfortably seat 4 on the couch and the couch has springs close to the surface, so not comfortable for the 3 who can sit on it. The hanging chair is quite comfortable, however! Again, the location and the money we spent for a family vacation, we were expecting better. On a positive note, the kitchen was great for cooking! It could use some cookie sheets, but all else was there. The beds were exceptionally comfortable which made for great sleeping! Overall, the week was terrific and the location made it very easy to get anywhere we were going in the Greater LA area. It was also very private.

The best stay ever - great location great - amaizng host
This place was the best vacation place and the best trip experience I have ever had. It is very relaxing and comfortable that you feel you are in the middle of nature while you are close to everywhere. The house is located in one of the best and most luxurious places in the Beverly Hills area and it is very private. It is hard to explain it in words you have to be there to get the best experience. The house is well organized and clean and the host is awesome! They are very polite and responsive. I highly recommend this place to everyone and I look forward to staying at this magical place again! The pool is very nice and the yard is amazing. It feels like you are in the middle of nature!
