3 Story Townhouse w/ Private Rooftop
Enjoy a stylish experience at this chic, three story townhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Centrally located, you are just steps away from Hollywood Blvd, Melrose, Fairfax District, Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Bowl, and much more. This rental is situated in a small, quiet building of neighboring townhouses near Highland. The first floor has a lavishly decorated family room, open kitchen stocked with essentials, in-unit washer/ dryer, and the first bedroom furnished with a large twin daybed. The second floor has the master/ master bath and the second bedroom with an additional bathroom in the hallway. The third floor leads to a private rooftop overlooking Hollywood. (Not shown in these pictures but the rooftop has been furnished with outdoor couches and a firepit) 5-10 minutes away from all the clubs and bars, it is very close to nightlife and many of LA’s best attractions. This unit has a private garage with two designated parking spots.
