「The house is in a charming quiet neighborhood close to the water. The house itself has so much charm and is very relaxing. The beds are also very comfortable to fall into after a long day of exploring or beaching. Check-in and out was painless and owners respected your privacy. 「Perfect little beach bungalow!! Wendy is wonderful! Our go-to spot for our yearly sibling get together. Beautiful setting! Short walk to the beach and pier. 」

「There were four of us; there are only adequate sleeping accommodations for two. Mgmt brought a rollaway bed, but that and the couch-bed were miserable to sleep on. Other than that, it was great, and overall we had fun.」

「The cottage was easy to find. Everything worked in it. The shower head pressure was exceptional. The unit was immaculate. We came back after walking all over Avalon and relaxed. I made dinner one night. Has all the cooking utensils, pots and pans that I needed. 」

She gave us a lot of key tips for things to see and for getting around.I would highly recommend her and this location for a similar family visiting the L.A. / Redondo Beach area.」

「The house was beautiful! In a great area convenient for everything. We came to visit family and the house happen to be just a few blocks away. The management is very accommodating and communication is great! Definitely going to try and book here again in the future next trip to Long Beach. 」

"Used for transit. I checked reviews before using here. Please note that soap and hair dryers are not provided. Other than that, there were no issues and I had a comfortable stay. I arrived at the airport late at night and the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was already unavailable. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport runs every hour, which is very convenient. The price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it."
