「Their staff were superb」

「Desde antes siquiera de salir de México ya se estaban comunicando conmigo para conocer detalles de mi llegada. El trato fue excelente desde que llegué a la puerta hasta dejar la habitación. El personal del hotel siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitara y los detalles que tuve ieron fueron excelentes. En cuanto a la ubicación, está cerca ce todo. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.」

「The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐」
