However, the swimming pool is incredibly poorly organized. The lady at the reception couldn't explain in English how it worked. The hotel DOES NOT have a pool. "This is a very nice studio apartment that was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The walk is 10 mins to the center of Épinal. The hosts responded to my questions within 5 minutes and I would rent it again the next time I’m in Chantraine"

"The property was clean, staff were very helpful. I became ill, saw a doctor and needed an emergency phamacy - the staff assisted with this giving us directions to an emergency pharmacist in the area. Also, assisted in being able to stay an extra night for me to recover. Only down side was the restaurant was not open during the weekend. "

"It's a great value option. They are quiet neat and responsive. The breakfast options were decent/good. Good wifi. Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed)."
