Modern 2 Bed Suite on Bourbon Trail

We designed this suite to be family friendly yet to be flexible for various travelers. There is a living room in the front area. The suite has a separate bedroom with Queen bed. The King Bed is in the common area close to the full bathroom, at the rear. We have 3 HDTV's for folks who have different interests or simply want to spread out. Parking is plentiful. We recommend parking on the left side for easiest ramp entrance to the front porch/patio area. This multi purpose building also houses an upscale in house Leather shop. (H2 Leather). H2 leather is located in the front center of the building. Our guests have enjoyed shopping on site and also having comfort from a short walk back to the suite. This is a unique place to stay and our hope is for guests to relax on the covered patio on a beautiful day after touring and shopping.

Everything was neat and clean. Just about everything you need. The only thing I wish they had would be a cook top to use a skillet. I want to come back in better weather to take advantage of the outdoor grill and smoker. Thanks to the host.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we were in a good location to visit several distilleries. The unit is unique and quite cozy with comfortable furniture. The host checked in with us via text to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There is a curtain in an archway that you can close to get more privacy in the back of the unit where the bedroom and bathroom are. The TV's have a lot of channels including streaming channels. This is a very quiet location and even our dog was very relaxed during our stay.

All the extra touches were amazing! The bed was comfortable (and I’m picky), water pik in the shower, a heater, snacks, two kinds of coffee makers…so many extras! Shhh…way underpriced! Lots of extra ways to cook food in the kitchen-ASK if you plan to cook.

Great communication from host before & during our stay. He has included so many little things - two ways to prepare coffee, variety of condiments, etc. Comfortable place to stay. If we ever come back to Loretto, we will look to stay here again.

My family and I needed a long-term rental in the Loretto area and Jeff absolutely took care of us. He checked in often to make sure we were comfortable, brought in bigger kitchen appliances to make sure we could cook, and even added an AC unit when we mentioned it was warm in the front bedroom.
