"From the time we stepped off the shuttle at the resort, everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The servers were so friendly & would go out of their way to bring us extra of our favorite foods. The pool area was very clean & the beach was beautiful. Our room was also very nice , with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool & beach area . Would definitely go back next time in the Philippines. "

"The hotel is misleading on their beach side, rooms or room had no beach. The beach is artificial. They don’t disclose that at all the manager Jacob is very nice. I like him. The staff at the Kilimanjaro restaurant was very rude to my girlfriend, but you cannot lie about your beachside room saying it’s Beachside open your doors up to the beach our room at Valhalla 17 had no beach that was a lie you cannot do that that is wrong misleading unacceptable"

"Not just an amazing view but amazing staff who are genuinely good at what they do. It's the attention to detail, the little things they provide and do that make this an amazing resort to stay in."

"After staying several different times here, the rooms are always incredibly clean and comfortable. The beach is not the best, considering the other beaches in the Philippines, but you don’t go to this area for the beach, but it’s quiet and only about a 1/4 mile walk."

"Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons. Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations. No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels. Other than that, it was quite nice."
