Great location, poorly maintained property

Cons: Many, many things wrong here. Live, set mousetraps all over the house. Under the beds, furniture hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. House smelled of really old carpet. Washer was broken, constantly giving an error message which took 3x time to do a load. Internet service is awful, not strong enough to work from the property. 10-digit pin for entry is crazy overkill and annoying.Very cheap mattresses.Pros - beautiful location, living room and backà porch are lovely places to watch the morning fog roll in and out. With some TLC, this could be an amazing house.

3 day getaway

Overall the house was clean and space was comfortable and relaxing. We would love to see 2 new queen beds a kettle (could not locate) and an iron Would return!

View Cabin on Mud Bay

Cute and comfortable beach cabin with beautiful views over the bay. We 4 adults had a great stay here and I would happily book again.

Great view, fun for the kids

It was relaxing for the grown-ups and fun for the kids. The kids played on the 'beach' (muddy, clay-like) and loved it. The property is right next to a wetland. We saw some wild life and tons of mosquitoes this year. I've got so many mosquitoe bites! We'll be more prepared for that next time. Great property all around. Our family had a wonderful time.

Lovely As advertised

House is lovely! Loved the fact it is on the water. The area is pretty even when rainy. House was clean, organized and just the right size.

Great view

Positives : Great view. Quiet and peaceful. Negatives: House is dated and very cluttered. Many dishes in cupboard weren't clean. Steps into house aren't the same height and can surprise the unaware person with the height of the last step. Fireplace is in the middle of the room and easy to trip over the base. The only TV in the house is about 19in.

Lovely Spot

The location is divine. As other folks have stated, the kitchen has all the utensils, implements you'll need. There is a charcoal barbecue on the deck and charcoal was available, which I did not see stated in the description. The house is simple and ideal for the summer when you can be outside, or perhaps good for a couple in the winter.

WE'LL NOT RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN

The place was filthy. We have photos to prove it Management does not return calls. The internet code they give in the printed brochure is useless. No Cell phone reception. Come prepared to clean and disinfect it yourself.

Great location with beautiful views

The house was great for a small group of people. Its a little older and somewhat dated but it was really clean and comfortable. Please note there is no wifi in this house, which I knew and I love that my cell phone doesn't work very well on the island but some people prefer to have wifi. I thought it was bliss without wifi! The view of the bay at the house is really great and the lot is nice and big so you aren't stacked on top of any neighbors. There is a store just down the street so if you need any last minute supplies, its a quick trip. That store has a great selection of wine!

Very Nice!

Clean and well stocked home; gorgeous views and so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for that quiet and relaxing vacation. Loved the Bald Eagles flying and roosting next to the property. Laundry facility a big plus! Only uh-oh was sandy/dirty sheets when we turned in first night. Really enjoyed the rental!
