Alles sauber genug, alles okay.Die Tiefgarage war trotz passender Abmessungen viel zu eng, also nicht nutzbar. (Die Lackspuren an den Wänden lassen es erahnen.) Mir wurde unkompliziert ein anderer Stellplatz angeboten, was mit ein bisschen Hin und Her verbunden war.Die Wohnung ist leider extrem hellhörig. Man hört nicht nur jedes Husten der anderen...

"Hallo leider kann ich nicht die vollen Sterne geben. Einmal war ein gebrauchtes nasses Handtuch unter einer Matratze (beim Bett beziehen gefunden). Und die Tiefgarage...naja. vielleicht sollte man die Parkplätze nach den PKW's (Größe usw )vergeben und nicht nach Wohneinheiten. Ein PKW nehmen die meisten mit um Unabhängig zu sein, das überlegt man sich zweimal, wenn in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden muss."

"Gemütliche, schnuckelige FeWo im nordischen Stil. Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Sehr vorteilhaft, daß Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar sind und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut, wobei jedoch teilweise Gegenstände wie Teller und Tassen im Überfluss vorhanden sind und somit notwendiger Platz für Lebensmittel für Eigenbedarf zum Kochen nur sehr begrenzt untergebracht werden können."
