Willow’s Cabin has the absolute getaway opportunity that includes an outdoor hot tub, outdoor bathtub, inside garden tub, queen sized bed and a comfy chair that folds out into a twin sleeper, a full kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, and all cooking necessities to prepare your meals and enjoy on the handmade kitchen table or on the 8’ x 30’ front porch overlooking the ponds furnished with rocking chairs and ceiling fans while listening to nature or your favorite tunes from the outdoor speakers.
Enjoy your evenings reconnecting by playing horseshoes, our selection of games, watching a movie on the flatscreen TV and DVD player or taking a stroll down the trails that lead to the residents awaiting the treats that were prepared for you to feed them.
All donations go to our Oinkin Oasis - Forever Home potbelly pig sanctuary.

Perfect to bring your fur babies. Amazing getaway to relax and chill in the most amazing hot tub. Has everything you need. And the bed is so comfy. Sit on the porch and drink coffee. Truly an awesome experience.

We arrived on Friday afternoon and stayed till Sunday morning! I could have not asked for a better stay for friends wedding Gladewater Tx. Mitsy and Jason were more than helpful when we asked questions. The cabin was clean and inviting. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. The thing that had me at Hello was the pet friendly yard and all the amenities that you would need if you have a pet. They left a treat and toy for our dog. The pet door was good for her to go in and out of. We enjoyed walking the property with our dog. We didn’t get to visit the piggy’s sanctuary by our choice but when we get another opportunity to visit again it will be on our list. I loved reading the stories online and most of all Willow’s story and how much she ment to you and your family. Thank you for sharing this little piece on heaven on earth with us. Nice little country stay

We had a wonderful time here with our dogs. Cute little house. Yard fenced in but not huge. We didnt get a chance to go see the pigs unfortunately but we did see them when we walked the short trails around.

Our country retreat w/ the oinks

This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. Be sure to visit the pigs especially Jolene and her mini Jolene’s and big ole Mac. Lol ask for a conversation with petunia.

Wonderful getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful getaway! The location was so serene and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, from the beautifully decorated spaces to thoughtful touches for our dogs, which made us feel truly welcomed as pet owners.Everything was spotlessly clean, and we especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub under the stars. The hosts were incredibly kind and gracious, and one of the highlights of our trip was meeting and learning about the pigs at their sanctuary—it was such a unique and heartwarming experience!We also had a great time exploring the nearby town of Gladewater, with its charming shops and delicious local food. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon!

Rest & Recovery Time

Loved and adored the property!!! As soon as we pulled up it was soooo surprising how secluded and serene this beautiful cabin was. Above and beyond all of our expectations!!!!We had just been through some pretty challenging months and wanted a space to help us recover from things Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could find such an amazing getawayway. But this is it folks!!!!From the location and the love put into the handmade cabin. Loved that it has no wifi and all of the pigs surrounding us. The hosts were super sweet and available to help us feel right at home and made us feel like family.The only horrible thing was leaving. We miss it already.My husband said that he would have paid twice what they were asking. There was so much to it and on top of that they allowed us full access to a Polaris ranger which made trail riding a ton of fun!

Wished it had been better

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Since there is no internet, I was looking forward to at least watching a little local TV, but the use of the TV is just to view DVDs. But, we could not get the DVD player to work. Out major problem with the place was the complete disregard the owners had for our welfare in not being able to contact them. We tried on several occasions to write to them on the VRBO message board, but NO response. They have a notebook with SEVERAL pages of things that renters are not to do, but the phone number is crossed out. They said if we cared to visit their pig rescue to text them (they did leave a number to do that) but they did not respond to a message at that number. At the end, I believe the hot water had a problem, because it went out, but I'm not sure. Again, we could not contact the owners. They said there were outside towels for the hot tub, we found none, although we decided not to use the hot tub. Because we were in Longview for a graduation, we spent very little time at the cabin and would have loved to see the pigs and make a donation, but again that was not possible because we could not contact the owners. Of all of the times I have ever had a short time rental, I have never been so frustrated - not being able to contact the owners and their endless list of what not to do!!!! I am sure they could have helped us with the DVD player - or perhaps instead of all of the rules they could have listed in the book how to make the playerwork

Awesome cabin perfect for couples

This was a great place. It stormed while we stayed there and the cabin was good shelter, other than the rain and all the weather alerts would not have known it was storming. Perfect Stay That Gives Back

We had a wonderful stay at Willow's Cabin. The cabin is cozy and the decor just makes you smile! It was wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the birds and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The bed is so comfortable and it was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the quiet. We loved visiting Oinkin Oasis and meeting all the piggies! I love that our stay goes to supporting such a wonderful cause. Communication with the host was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
