「We were put in a lodging that wasn’t the one we rented. We had no hot water and the owner wouldn’t fix so VRBO moved us to a hotel. Terrible. We have asked for a refund but have gotten no response from VRBO. As far as I am concerned this is fraud. 」

「We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!」
