「I like the text option for things we need, like requesting towels. The staff delivered the towels immediately. I like the 24 hours coffee machine because coffee is life! The Internet is fast and reliable. Cable TV is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Tabasco factory at Avery Island. Overall, we had a great stay as a family. 」
「First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby...
