"Die Wohnung war sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr umfangreich. Leider war in der Wohnung ein unangenehmer Geruch, der auch von den mehrfach aufgestellten Lufterfrischern nur teilweise lberdeckt werden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief über Mail Kontakt und war reibungslos. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war auch nur wenige Meter entfernt. "If you are looking for a bog standard corporate hotel this is not the place for you however if you are looking for an hotel with character and very helpful staff try this out. We were greeted by the manager who, on seeing that we were on motorbikes, very kindly opened her garage for us to store them overnight. The rooms, reached by a steep winding staircase, are a bit tired and could do with a revamp but they are clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The WiFi was good in both the rooms and the public areas. The bar was welcoming and the breakfast was very good indeed. The location was excellent, one canal away from the centre. If passing through again I would definitely stay here again."
