Something for everyone year round at our Oasis By the Lake! The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and our own private dock in our back yard on Pine Tree Lake where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding or simply floating around. Unwind on the house deck overlooking the lake and enjoy listening to the nearby stream as you breathe in the fresh, mountain air. Or seize the day in the great outdoors - hike, bike, hunt, ski or snowboard! Prefer the indoors -- shop, spa or visit wineries. Wrap up your day enjoying s’mores by our fire pit, all year-round!!

Perfect for family gatherings, Oasis By The Lake can sleep up to 10 people in regular beds and 1 infant/toddler in a crib. Please review the pictures and room descriptions to ensure the accommodations will meet your needs. We provide linens (sheets, towels), kayaks (2), paddleboard (1), game room (pool table and air hockey) board games, smart TV with streaming apps and more!

Emerald Lake Community amenities include an indoor pool, sauna, bar & grill available year-round at the clubhouse. During the summer months the outdoor pool, sandy beach, tennis courts and playground are also available to guests. Amenity passes are an extra fee to be paid by guests. Daily =$20, 3 day pass = $30, weekly pass = $50, children 2 and under are free.

Great place

Stayed here with friends and our kids and had a great time. The kitchen is great and the house was spacious enough for six adults and three kids. The lake and kayaks were an added bonus. Would stay there again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious property by the lake! Vacation at Oasis by the Lake

The place was great for our family vacation of 9. 5 adults and 4 chilren. The lake was a hit with the kids playing on the paddle board a kayaks. Everyone enjoyed our time at the Oasis by the Lake.

We had a great stay with friends and family for some end of summer fun. The property was as described. Everything was clean and ready for use. It was great to have kayaks available for use and the fire pit. Although not reflective of the property itself- the amenities were good, it was end of season so not all of the options were open. We were at max capacity with 6 adults and 6 children (ages 1-6) but there was just enough room for all of us to relax, play, and have fun!

The house was very nice, access to the lake for kayaking was right there. Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves and the house was stocked with everything you will need.

Loved the dock side views every morning with our coffee!

We enjoyed the house. 3 levels with bedrooms on each level worked for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every day and the deck and grill were perfect. We paid the fee to use the pool in the development

Lake Vacation

The property was exactly as described, perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. The Host was very quick to respond and helped us with any questions. We experienced a family emergency (totally unrelated to the property) and the Host was extremely kind and went above and beyond to offer assistance.

Beautiful get away in the Poconos for the whole family

My family and I had an amazing time. All the beds were comfortable, the views are amazing, and the accommodations were perfect for us. We spent much of our time enjoying the dock on the water. My husband enjoyed the kayaks and my niece especially enjoyed using the pool table. We saw deer every day who frequented the front and backyard areas. The hosts were also incredibly responsive with the few questions we had. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you so much.

House in the Poconos

Large comfortable home by a lake in the mountains. Equipped with 2 kayaks and a SUP. Grocery stores within easy distance. In a development with amenities for which you have to pay extra for a family. Choice of nearby restaurants somewhat limited. Large outlet mall within about 10 miles.

Quiet lake and neighborhood

We enjoyed the very sturdy aluminum dock, 2 kayaks, pool table, air hockey and nearby trips to camelback (zip lines good but mt coaster a bit rough!) and Kalahari (escape room and restaurants) Nice outdoor activities at Barley Creek Brewery (table tennis, bocce, one Pickleball court) large deck facing the lake and trees. Please note window A/Cs in bedrooms only. (5) If no heat wave you’re likely Ok. Prompt responses from owners to our questions/issues.

Lake House in the Woods

Our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 chilidren - spent a lovely, if cool and a bit rainy - July week at this large lake front home. We did a lot of things away from the home - ziplining, visiting waterfalls at the Delaware Recreation Area, riding a scenic train at Jim Thorpe and touring the Asa Parker home. But we also enjoyed the indoor pool on a very rainy afternoon, and everyone loved the kayaks and paddleboard and the pool table in the basement. The layout of the home allowed for privacy for each family, which was great. The basement (walkout) bedroom and bath were great for privacy, but it is dark and pretty humid. And that bed is not the most comfortable. And while overall the house was very clean, there is a need for some particular attention to dusting lamps and corners. But it was a wonderful week for our family and I would highly recommend this facility.

Re-connect with nature

I coordinated a three night stay at Oasis by the Lake with friends who now live in different states and with whom my wife and I have struggled to keep in touch. Given that we all live in large cities and work too much, we searched for a rental that would allow us to unwind and re-connect with nature. Oasis fit the bill perfectly! It was clean and well appointed. Its proximity to the pond was perfect for sitting around the fire pit, watching the sun rise in the morning and the reflection of the moon off the water as night fell, and the surprise of deer, fox, woodpeckers, etc. putting on a show. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fact that the bedrooms were spread across three floors allowed for plenty of privacy. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for the large meals we prepared after visiting the Pocono Farmers Market. We definitely took advantage of the numerous hiking trails in the area. My only complaint is that we didn't allow enough time to kayak, as we saw a number of people on the water doing just that. Oasis far exceeded any expectation we might have had. Thank you, Wendy and Jeff, for this lovely getaway! I can't recommend it enough!

This house was perfect for our long weekend with friends, including two toddlers. The set-up allowed each family to sleep on their own floor and have their own full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, basic spices, and basic supplies like cling wrap and ziploc bags, which was very convenient. The kiddos loved watching the deer in the yard outside. It was a little too cold to enjoy the kayaks and firepit this time, but we'd love to take advantage. As the 3 yr old in our group said: "can we stay at this house again please?"

The house was right on the lake, which was great. The pathway to the lake was hard to walk on for us elderly folks. Wash cloths are something that really should be included. The beds were great, the house was huge, and was wonderful for our family. Close to lots of activities. Thank you

Spacious home with easy lake access

The house was perfect for our group: plenty of space, clean, and right on the lake. (It's even closer than it looks in the picture). Wendy and Jeff were super communicative and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Host communications were excellent. House set up is perfect for multi family groups. Each level has bedrooms and bathroom. Pool tables are great addition for rainy hours we had. House is nice and clean with plenty of towels and very clean bedding provided. We were able to use even kayaks and paddle board. The only unpleasant detail is the level of lake is very low and to get into kayaks you need to walk in the mud up to your knees. I understand it’s not the fault of the owners. Though we noticed that neighbors extended their deck by placing temporary pontoon and adding sand to the level of the bank. But it’s a big project, we understand, and can’t be done immediately. Hopefully, lake level will get higher when we will come back. We definitely be back! We loved it a lot.
