After our work week wrapped up and most of the team headed home on Friday, my wife and kids arrived for the weekend, and the house transitioned seamlessly from a professional setting to a relaxing family getaway. My family loved the property, and it was a great place to unwind and enjoy Chelan together.The location was fantastic, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! "Very clean and nice looking property. Parking could be better, more spacier, and the water dripping from empty planters on the cars and my head was annoying, and dirty. They also probably should mention that the person at the front desk is not very useful, and whole booking experience would far be easier just online."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with four kids, including a 6-month-old baby. Around 12:30 AM, I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a ticket had been raised and someone would call back. However, I did not receive any follow-up.I had to call two more times, but still, no one responded or resolved the issue. This lack of response and follow-up was very disappointing.I usually do not write negative feedback, but this is the first time I felt it was necessary due to the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer support and response time."
