キングズクロス駅から歩いて8分程度です。B&Bスタイルで小さいホテルですが、丁寧に対応してくださいます。エレベーターがないのでその点さえ気にならなければ。

パリからロンドンへユーロスターでセントパンクラス駅に着いて、駅から徒歩で5分くらいの閑静な場所に位置するホテル。食事は駅前にでればインド料理店とかいろいろ手軽な店がある。 ホテルにエレベーターは無く、重いスーツケースを3階まで持ち上がるのは大変。部屋は狭く、テレビ、エアコン、シャワー、トイレ付だが日本のビジネスホテルよりも狭いかも。スーツケースを開けて広げるスペースはかろうじてあるが、開けるとバスルームへの通路が塞がれる。飛行機のファーストクラスの豪華版と発想の転換をして我慢するのも一考か。 朝食付きで一般的なヨーロッパのバジェットホテルのレベル。 フロントは愛想がよい。チェックアウト日の午前中に荷物を預かってもらったが、出し入れはスムーズだった。

卒業旅行に利用させて頂きました。キングクロス駅から徒歩10分ほどで交通に便利でした。客室も、可愛くオシャレで清潔でした。しかし、冷蔵庫がなかったり、エレベーターがなかったり、スーツケース頑張って二つしか開けなかったりしました。不便な面はありますが、寝る場所としては問題なしでした。

ユーロスターを利用したので、このホテルにしました。移動には好立地です。ハリーポッターのロケ地でもあるキングスクロス駅にも近いです。早朝出発だったので、朝食を食べれなかったのが残念です。口コミでは、朝食ボックスを用意してくれたともありましたが、フロントマンによって対応が違う様です。近くにコンビニもあります。

[良い点] ホテルは最寄駅から徒歩５分程度の距離にありこと。 近くにCoop（コンビニ）があること。 [悪い点] 隣の部屋の音（話し声やシャワーなど）や車の走行音がかなり部屋まで聞こえること。 レストランが併設されていない。 （朝食はオレンジジュース、マフィン、フルーツ等の簡易なもので、袋に入れられたものが渡される） チェックイン前または後に荷物を預けると、ホテルのバックヤードではなく、廊下に置かれる。

自分で動きまわる人には　最適なロケーション
駅（Kings　Cross）から近く、地下鉄、バスもあり、非常に便利。 ３階（実質は４階）の部屋でしたが、エレベータがなく荷物を持っての上り降りはきつい。 朝食付きであったが、食堂がなく　軽食パック（マフィン、ジュース、果物）だった。

Close to Kings Cross sta. and COOP store. Then, not so cheap. Very limited space in the bathroom. You may need to ask repairs/instructions for drains, the TV remote controller, air conditioners, safety boxes etc. Would be tired of same breakfasts every day.

Nice hotel, but...
I enjoyed the location and overall equipment but disappointed by the staff’s attitude. When I came back to the hotel after day of sightseeing, a male staff was at the front desk. I greeted him by saying hi and he kept on asking personal questions. He even told me that he liked me and asked me to spend time with him. I felt scared because the room key was a card key and thought hotel staff might have access to my room. It was very creepy and I think that staff’s behavior was not appropriate. Very sad to write this, but it was really unpleasant.

The room was small but perfect for one person. It would have been nice to have at least a complimentary bottle of water. Also, there is no elevator on the property. This wasn't too much of an inconvenience for me since I only had 1 piece of luggage, but this could be a problem for those with a lot of large luggage and mobility challenges. The property is a short walk to the King's Cross-St. Pancras subway station. The hotel area is quiet but close to shopping area, food and cafes. I recommend this hotel for short trips.

The hotel room was small but I knew this before going and I only needed it as a base. It was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue was the sockets were very loose and I struggled to charge my phone which wasn’t ideal but that is an easy fix for the hotel. Would stay again

Chambre petite mais bien agencée donc ce n'est pas problèmatique lorsque l'on y vient pour dormir et se laver. The House of Toby was ideally located for a city break. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. We would highly recommend this hotel for its central location. We were able to drop our suitcases off within minutes of being of the train at King Cross.
