部屋が狭くて圧迫感があった。階段が狭く急で、スーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。たまったゴミを廊下に出しておいたが、なかなか回収してくれず、下に持ってくるように言われることもあった。

エレベーターがないのが致命的で、荷物は頼めば持って上がってくれますが、30分くらい待っても来なかった。朝も、頼んだら、わかったといいつつも、待っても来てくれないので、自分たちで下ろした。担当職員が外にいるとかで。

フロントが親切でした

24時間フロントに人がいて安心でした。荷物を預かってくれたり親切に対応してました。シャワーの排水が今一で残念でした。周辺は治安もよく遅くなっても安心でした。

とても快適な駅近ホテル

ヒースロー空港からバスでビクトリアコーチステーションまで出ました。鉄道のビクトリア駅の横です。乗り換えがないので楽チンです。コーチステーションからホテルまでは5分くらいで、車の量も多くなく、歩道も広いのでキャリーを引っ張って歩くのも難しくないです。ホテルはレセプションの感じや応対もとてもよく、24時間なので安心です。お部屋もリノベーションされて新しく、とても清潔で気になる水周りも気持ちよく使えました。ベットも快適で、歪み臭いも無くくつろげました。リフトがないことと、階段が狭いので、大きな荷物は大変かもしれませんが、レセプション横で預かってくれますよ。

ガトウィック空港に行くなら便利

ヴィクトリアステーションからのアクセスがややわかりにくいエレベーターがないため不便ではあるがホテルの人がスーツケースを運んでくれた

日本でいう普通のビジネスホテル

部屋はすこし狭いですが、値段的には妥当だと思います。日本でいう、普通のビジネスホテルです。コーヒーや紅茶などはありますが、水はありません。また、アメニティとなっていますが、ボディソープとシャンプー、コンディショナーが全てミックスされたものでした。チェックイン前も後も、荷物を預かってもらえるので助かります。しかし、誰でもで入り出来る場所に保管されるため、PCなどの貴重品は携帯する必要があります。

空港リムジンバスの駅、ビクトリアコーチステーションとビクトリア駅からも5分の立地。

地下鉄がなかなかスーツケースで移動するには大変なので、空港リムジンバスを利用したり、観光地に行くのにも非常に便利な立地でした。エレベーターはなく、ドライヤーもありませんでしたが、開始時間よりも早く朝食を食べたいと希望も聞いてもらったり、フロントの対応は満足しています。朝食も満足です。シングルルームはスーツケースが何とか広げられる大きさでした。

利便性を求める寝るだけの人向き。

ビクトリア駅に近い以外に評価することは特になし。このロケーションでの価格としてはいいのかも知れないが、この程度のホテルなら当然と言える。(本音ではこんな価格に値しない)

The hotel was good although the rooms very small and there was no elevator so if you have big luggage you will need to carry it up to you room.

This hotel was not very clean… the building is old but the inside was in poor condition. Overall it just felt dirty. The staff was nice but the luggage storage did not feel safe at all. The luggage room is not locked and anyone could just walk in and have access to it. The only good thing about this place is the location!

The hotel was in a good location and close to a major tube station and bus station. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The luggage storage was convenient. We were able to leave our bags before checking in and after check out so we could explore London while waiting on our flights. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Property is conveniently located for access to transportation options, such as Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The cleaning staff also does a great job. My main criticism of the property is that there is no elevator. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room

Pleasantly surprised for what is a budget option. Safe and quiet, I booked for work purposes as a single female and this was perfect. Rooms are well set up and facilities great (shower was excellent). Staff were really friendly. Really recommend.

From the outside the hotel looked like it was going to be average for a solo traveller. When I arrived, I was put into a room where the door did not lock or shut properly, I asked politely to be moved. The hotel staff on reception told me I just needed to give the door a shove. I asked again to be moved, explaining that door itself, even when closed did not lock. I was moved to a different room which smelt of damp and was very cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was more like what I expected upon making the booking. The shower, however did not drain and the room took a good 20 minutes to warm up, using what I can only describe as an air conditioning unit on full heat. Throughout my stay, my room key also stopped working multiple times. At one point this left me standing at reception for 20 minutes, waiting for a member of staff to return to the desk. Overall, the stay was less than average and not at all what I expected.

Hvis du bare skal sove et sted.

Man får hvad man betaler for. Men måske man kunne fiks hulet i væggen og vandskaden fra taget så det ikke drypper ned når det regner. Men det får man vel i kælderen. Ellers fint lille hotel mere centralt end jeg havde troede og sødt personale. Man behøver ikke bruge 7,5£ på morgenmaden der ligger et supper hygget lille sted lige rundt om hjørnet.

Non bene. Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni in questa struttura con la mia ragazza e non siamo rimasti per niente soddisfatti. Camera estremamente piccola dove si faceva fatica a muoversi. Bagno anch’esso piccolissimo con il wc praticamente attaccato alla porta e al muro, impraticabile. Asciugamani che cambiavano una volta al giorno a richiesta, erano sempre macchiati, come le lenzuola. Poi dalla hall alle camere pavimento foderato di moquette, sia le scale che il pavimento di legno scricchiolavano al minimo movimento. Muri troppo fini, tant’è che si sentiva le voci delle persone nelle stanze accanto. Se un giorno torneremo a Londra, non torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel.
